IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Some people say History is one of the most important school subjects. Other people think that in today’s world subjects like Science and technology are more important than History.

Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant example form your own knowledge or experience.

Student answer (Band 4.5)

Here are two major factors that some peole believed the History is one of the most important subjects for every school. On the other hand some peole believed that Science and technology are more important subjects than History in the modern today's world.

History, firstly we will discuss about it.History tells us whatever was in the past.For example, history teach us that how we can survive today's world and tell us whatever had happened in our prior.History is also have important part in education system because it tell us about our prior sitution and famous personality which have very huge status.But now science and technology has greatly version in the modern world so that's why some people consider its more flexible.But history also is a source to known about our prior conditions and situations.

One major point are science and technology subject.Today this world has changed in the global village.Furthermore, now we will do every work from the help of technology.For example, technology is source of commmunicate, talks and it provides many severals benefits which is very good and greatfull. So that's why some people do prefer that science and technoloy subject are very important in the schools.Mostly school has this kind of subject which provides this education to own students.

In Conculsion,History has are very important subject but nowdays every country has modern things therefore,technolgy and sciences subects are very beneficial.Government should take react on it.In every school should gives this kind of subjects. Because it will make to our student more strong and Independed.
