The plans below show the layout of a university’s sports centre now, and how it will look after redevelopment.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.0)

The plans indicate the layout of a university's sports centre now, and how it will demonstrate after redevelopment. I will explain the future plans of a university and reporting the main features.

Overall, In present university sports centre consist basic things such as only one changing room, limited seating capacity and little space of gym. In future University sports centre, will have a large gym. The two dance studio will be develop in west side. In future plans there will be a lot of programmes in university sports centre.

On the one hand, the present plan of the university sports centre illustrate that the swimming located in the centre spot. The gym is situate in north direction. The east side side is seating capacity and west side is changing room. Reception desk locate in the direction of south side.

On the other hand, In future plans the measurements of pool will be same as present. The size of the gym will increase. The direction of gym will be same. The changing room will be replace. In future the changing room will locate in east side near the cafe. The west side will have leisure pool. The second changing room will also develop in the direction of south west corner. The two dance studio will be locate in east side.
