The plans below show the layout of a university’s sports centre now, and how it will look after redevelopment.
Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The given map is of a University sports centre's present condition and how will it look in the future according to the plans. When enter the south door, there is reception desk on front. Moving towards east there is a sitting area and a changing room in the west. Walk to the east from the changing room there is 25m pool in the present map and there is a gym on the north end of the sports center. Outside of the sports centre there are Outdoor courts on bothe west and east sides of the sports center.
For the future plans it is diecided to make certain changes in it. Enter to the sports centre from the sout gate, there is cafe on the east right side and sports shop on the west left side and the reception is still on the previous position. Changing rooms are on both sides on east and west. on east side of sport centre there are two separate dance studios. from left side of the changing room on east there is the door for sports hall. seating is on the right side of reception and changing room is on left sode of it. pool is in between the seating and changing room. there will be another leisure pool, its opening is from the changing room of left side. Gym is still on the north end of the sports centre.
