Student answer (Band 5.0)
Even making such a advanced changes in agriculture farming, the planet is still in hunger stage. This essay going to discuss both perspectives, why this situation taken place and what are the remedies for this problem.
First of all, Birth rate is taking place in this situations with high population due to this record the food can not be provided as much as needed in this current world this is one of the main reasons for food supply to the people for an a example, with high birth rate in such nations are even not able to afford a proper nutritional food due to the high demand and less supply. Secondly, Less farming fields in the nations that are causing cultivation with lesser supply such as Paddy, Corn and Oil.
On the other hand, There are several solutions to this case. Initially, population hitting a record numbers every year. Secondly, insufficient food supply to the individuals. Because citizens should aware of birth control which is main cause of the planet earth in terms of population such as India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh these nations has the record high in birth rate worldwide. However, in this case government food distribution schemes land providence for farming which are needed to be include to provide food to all the individuals by implementing advanced strategies in the supply chain management for example Food distribution authorities and Ration supply.
In conclusion, In my perspective the birth rate and fertility and land for the farming is the main problems. Making sure the birth control and providing a proper supply chain management and land providence could be the best and a balanced remedies.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses both parts of the prompt, identifying population growth and supply chain issues as causes and suggesting birth control and improved distribution as solutions. However, the development is inconsistent. The ideas are often presented as lists rather than fully extended arguments. For instance, the mention of 'Paddy, Corn and Oil' lacks context regarding why these specific crops are problematic. The conclusion repeats points rather than synthesising them. While the task is addressed, the lack of depth and the repetitive nature of the arguments limit the score to a Band 5.0.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the logical flow is frequently interrupted by awkward phrasing and unclear transitions. While cohesive devices like 'First of all' and 'On the other hand' are used, they are often placed incorrectly or do not accurately reflect the relationship between ideas. For example, the second paragraph starts with 'On the other hand' but then repeats points about population growth rather than introducing a distinct set of solutions. Referencing is often unclear, making it difficult for the reader to follow the progression of the argument.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often repetitive. Phrases like 'hunger stage' and 'land providence' are non-standard and imprecise. There is a reliance on basic vocabulary, and the student struggles to use collocations correctly, such as 'taking place in this situations' or 'record high in birth rate'. While the meaning is generally conveyed, the lack of precision and the frequent misuse of words prevent the essay from reaching a higher band. To improve, the student should focus on learning topic-specific collocations related to agriculture and economics.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede communication. There are consistent issues with subject-verb agreement ('these nations has the record'), article usage ('a advanced changes'), and sentence structure. Many sentences are fragmented or run-on, such as 'Birth rate is taking place in this situations with high population due to this record the food can not be provided'. The range of structures is limited, and the errors are pervasive throughout the text. A stronger focus on basic sentence construction and proofreading for grammatical accuracy is essential.
