Although farming has improved a lot , many people around the world still do noh have enough food. This essay will discus the causes of this problem and possible solution of this problem.

On the one hand , the main reason is poverty. Many people do not earn enough money to buy enough food for them and for their families. War, natural disaster and poor transport system can also make the problem of enough of food. for example food is available in cities but difficult to reach urban areas so that's why this problem is faced by some countries.

On the other hand , There are some several ways to solve this problem . First government should help farmers by providing better tools, technology and training . This can help them to produce more food . Second , better roads and transport system shoul be built so that food can reach to people quickly . rich countries shoul help to poor countries by give them food and financial help also government should give them jobs so that people can earn money to buy enough food . and also government should encourage people to do farming and give them subsidy so the more people do farming for their countries to produce more food.

In conclusion, hunger is mainly caused by poverty , poor distribution of food and problems such as war natural disasters . Government and people should work together to increase food production , improve transport system and help poor people.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt: the causes of global hunger and potential solutions. The ideas are relevant, covering poverty, distribution issues, and government intervention. However, the development is somewhat superficial. For example, the mention of 'war, natural disaster and poor transport' is a list rather than an extended explanation. The solutions are also presented in a list-like fashion without deep analysis of how these policies would be implemented or their long-term impact. To reach a higher band, you should provide more specific examples or elaborate on the 'why' and 'how' behind your arguments to ensure a more thorough development of ideas.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organized into clear paragraphs, each with a distinct focus. There is a logical progression from the introduction to the causes, then to the solutions, and finally the conclusion. Cohesive devices are used, such as 'On the one hand', 'First', 'Second', and 'In conclusion'. However, the use of these devices is sometimes mechanical or repetitive. Additionally, some sentences lack smooth transitions, such as the abrupt shift in the second paragraph regarding food distribution. Improving the variety of linking words and ensuring that sentences flow more naturally into one another would enhance the coherence of the essay.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task, allowing the message to be conveyed clearly. You use some topic-specific terms like 'subsidy', 'financial help', and 'food production'. However, the range is limited, and there are instances of word-choice errors and awkward phrasing, such as 'make the problem of enough of food' and 'difficult to reach urban areas' (when the context implies rural or remote areas). There is also some repetition of basic words like 'food', 'problem', and 'government'. To improve, try to incorporate more precise synonyms and collocations to demonstrate a wider lexical range.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay uses a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures. However, there are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, including subject-verb agreement issues ('some countries have... while other do not'), missing articles ('help to poor countries'), and punctuation errors (spaces before commas). While these errors do not prevent the reader from understanding your meaning, they are frequent enough to impact the overall fluency. To improve, focus on proofreading for basic errors like pluralization, article usage, and consistent verb forms, and attempt to use a wider variety of complex sentence structures with greater accuracy.
