Despite of having advancement in agriculture still people are not having enough food to eat . Mordens technologies are unable to fulfill the needs.

firstly, nowdays no one is trust worrthy when goverment amend the news rule , they dont obey them. first thing they should do is be strict towards what are they implementing . and should inovative for the rules because there are many type of crops and food is grown so they should have law according to it . by checking the ground level and they should implement some laws for the ration card inspite of just giving them there should be a deep investigaton whom to give ,

on the other hand , they should implements some rules like giving subsidies on the food because sometime food go below the investment they have done so they dont distribute them and throw them and know they are dimnishing the rashan card they should not do that. just check the eligibility and then give the ration card , if they will distribute the money many of them they will use them for something inspite of buying the groccery and goverment should be strict towards whatever they are implementing because if they are not strict then there not worth doing anything

In conclusion, global hunger is caused by the poverty, so they should increase number of jobs .and should try to implement them strictly this way only can help to reduce the problem of hunger. and also by supporting the poor farmers.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0

The response addresses both parts of the prompt—reasons for hunger and potential solutions—but the development is superficial. The ideas regarding government policy and ration cards are repetitive and lack clear logical progression. The argument that hunger is caused by poverty is mentioned only in the conclusion, which is too late for effective development. The response lacks specific examples or a clear, consistent position, leading to an under-developed argument. The points made about 'ration cards' and 'subsidies' are somewhat tangential to the global scale of the problem, and the connection between agricultural advances and the persistence of hunger is not explored in sufficient depth.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0

The essay is divided into paragraphs, but the internal structure is weak. Cohesive devices are used in a very mechanical and often incorrect way, such as the repetitive use of 'firstly' and 'on the other hand' without a clear logical flow between the ideas. Referencing is often unclear, particularly with the use of 'they' and 'them', which makes it difficult to identify whether the writer is referring to governments, farmers, or the hungry population. The progression of ideas is disjointed, and the lack of clear topic sentences makes it difficult for the reader to follow the argument.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.0

The vocabulary is limited and often inaccurate. There are frequent spelling errors (e.g., 'Mordens', 'inovative', 'groccery', 'rashan') and word choice issues (e.g., 'dimnishing the rashan card', 'go below the investment'). The range of vocabulary is insufficient to express complex ideas, and the repetition of basic words like 'rules', 'implement', and 'give' hinders the quality of the writing. The student struggles to use precise terminology related to agriculture or socio-economic issues, which limits the ability to convey a sophisticated argument.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0

The response contains frequent grammatical errors that often impede communication. There are significant issues with sentence structure, including run-on sentences and fragments (e.g., 'by checking the ground level and they should implement...'). Punctuation is inconsistent, with missing capital letters at the start of sentences and incorrect comma usage. Subject-verb agreement and article usage are frequently incorrect (e.g., 'many type of crops', 'the poverty'). While there is an attempt to use complex structures, they are almost always faulty, leading to a lack of clarity throughout the text.
