Not regarding the agricultural advancement, most individual around the globe still starve. Many factors could be pinpointed as the course, but governments policies can help in reducing starvation around the world.
On the one hand, insecurity does not only damage lives and properties, it renders agricultural practice inactive. In the case in Nigeria, Fulani herdsmen has made it almost impossible for farmers to produce crops and life-stocks regardless of the government intervention to provide farmers with free fertilizers but can not provide security. Secondly, inflation of agricultural produce can also be attributed to why people around the world go hungry. The advancement in agricultural practice also means that farmers will increase production and also the cost of production and the maintaining of farm equipement

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 4.0
The response fails to meet the minimum word count requirement of 250 words, reaching only 124 words. Consequently, the task is only partially addressed. While the student identifies some relevant factors such as insecurity and inflation, the ideas are significantly under-developed and lack the necessary depth or supporting evidence required for an academic essay. The conclusion is entirely missing, and the response stops abruptly. To improve, the student must provide a full introduction, two or three well-developed body paragraphs with specific examples, and a clear concluding summary to ensure all parts of the prompt are addressed comprehensively.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay shows some attempt at logical organization, using transition signals like 'On the one hand' and 'Secondly'. However, the progression of ideas is severely hampered by the lack of length and the incomplete nature of the text. Paragraphing is present, but the structure is insufficient to demonstrate a clear, logical flow of argument. Referencing is sometimes unclear, and the overall arrangement feels disjointed due to the abrupt ending. To achieve a higher score, the student should focus on using a wider range of cohesive devices and ensuring that each paragraph has a clear topic sentence followed by supporting details.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for basic communication but lacks the precision and range expected for an academic task. There are several word-choice errors, such as 'course' instead of 'cause', 'life-stocks' instead of 'livestock', and 'equipement' (spelling error). The range of vocabulary is limited, relying on simple phrasing. To improve, the student should work on using more precise academic collocations and ensure accurate spelling. Expanding the range of vocabulary to include topic-specific terms related to agriculture and economics would also significantly enhance the quality of the writing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The response contains a mix of simple and some attempted complex structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Examples include 'most individual' (should be 'most individuals'), 'governments policies' (should be 'government policies'), and 'Fulani herdsmen has' (subject-verb agreement error). Punctuation is also inconsistent. The grammatical control is weak, and the errors are frequent enough to distract the reader. To improve, the student needs to focus on subject-verb agreement, pluralization, and the correct use of possessives. Practicing sentence construction to ensure accuracy in complex sentences will also be beneficial.
