In recent time, The importance of agriculture is decreasing day-by-day because of high education, high competition, and advanced technology. One side these factors made advance technology in agriculture. While other side these factors can decrease more agriculture trend. Moreover, there are cases responsible for this condition.
On one hand, Today technology make more advanced still many people around the world go hungry because technology is not equally developed in all areas. In some small regions, technological development is still limited. Therefore, farming cannot be carried out effectively in these areas. As a result, people may not have enough food, which can lead to hunger and food shortages. For instance, in some remote areas, farmers do not have access to modern technology or proper irrigation facilities. Therefore, they cannot produce enough food, and many people may suffer from hunger.
On the other hand, Technology is very important for solving these problems. To solve this problem, governments should provide modern technology in every places, better irrigation facilities and financial support receive proper training in modern farming methods. These measures can help increase food production and reduce hunger. For example, If technology is provided in small areas, farmers can use it to improve farming and increase food production. Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both parts of the prompt: reasons for global hunger and potential solutions. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. The introduction is vague, and the arguments regarding 'high education' and 'high competition' as reasons for hunger are not clearly linked to the core issue of agricultural distribution or poverty. The solutions provided are relevant but lack depth, relying on general statements like 'governments should provide modern technology'. To reach a higher band, you need to provide more specific examples and a more logical connection between the causes and the proposed solutions.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organised into paragraphs, but the logical progression is often hindered by awkward phrasing and repetitive sentence structures. While cohesive devices like 'On one hand', 'On the other hand', and 'Moreover' are used, they are sometimes applied mechanically. The referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the conclusion where the reference to 'these problems' lacks a strong antecedent. The flow between sentences is disjointed, making the reader work harder than necessary to follow the argument.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is limited and repetitive. Phrases like 'high education', 'high competition', and 'advanced technology' are used repeatedly without variation. There are also issues with word choice and collocation, such as 'agriculture trend' and 'limited nature resources' (likely meaning 'natural resources'). The range of vocabulary is sufficient to convey basic meaning but lacks the precision and flexibility required for a higher band score. You should focus on learning topic-specific collocations related to global development and agriculture.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors. Issues include incorrect article usage ('In recent time', 'in every places'), subject-verb agreement errors ('Today technology make'), and punctuation mistakes. Many sentences are fragmented or lack proper grammatical structure, such as 'So farmers can easily use it to solve this problem' starting a sentence after a full stop. These errors are noticeable and occasionally impede the clarity of the message.
