Student answer (Band 5.5)
The growing influence of technology in agriculture and still individulas inmany countries still sufer from hunger, on our lives has sparked various debats. This issue is particularly significant because of its impact on effecting both individuals and communities. In this essy, I will discuss the problems and solutions of this case.
One of major problem of of this trend is horder. This is evident by the fact that in many countries people suffer from hunger because of some individuals collecting and hides a massive amount of food or comdoms. Various of studies, have shown that corrupt government plays an important role in this for personal . Additionaly another, problem is poverty, which leads to many health issuse like hunger. for example, in Africa people is suffering from different kind of illnesses from hunger due to lake of food items. Therefore, these problems os this case consirdered with greater significane.
However, despite the problems there are solutions. One of the significant soultion is truthful election and honest government. This is particularly evident in a situation where government is honest, trustworthy. Another, solution is strict law which helps to reduce the poverty and make food available for those individuals. And there are many orgainization where thay helps those, like Non Governmental Orgainzation ( NGOs). Thus, it is essential to implement strategies to adress these issues effectively.
In conclusion, I believe that technology is helping but the arguments aforementioned is the concern. These problems and solution should be consirdered. Moving forward, it is important to ensure the positive outcome for both individuals and society.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both questions by identifying food hoarding, corruption and poverty as causes, then suggesting honest government, stricter laws and support from NGOs. These points are relevant, and the essay has a clear general focus on hunger. However, the explanation is only partial: the opening refers to agricultural technology without explaining why advances fail to reach hungry people, and the causes and solutions are mostly asserted rather than developed. For example, the reference to people in Africa does not explain the link between poverty, illness and food access. The conclusion also does not clearly bring together the causes and proposed responses. Develop each main point with a clearer explanation and a specific, relevant example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, a paragraph on causes, a paragraph on solutions and a conclusion. This helps the reader follow the broad direction of the essay. You also use signposting such as “However” and “In conclusion.” Within paragraphs, though, progression is sometimes unclear or mechanical. The opening sentence is difficult to follow, and phrases such as “One of major problem” and “Therefore, these problems…” do not clearly connect the supporting ideas. “Another” is also used awkwardly to introduce points. Organise each body paragraph around one main idea, then explain it and show its consequence before moving on. Clearer links between sentences and more precise referencing would make the argument easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “corrupt government,” “poverty,” “strict law” and “Non Governmental Organization.” However, the range is limited, and frequent spelling and word-choice errors sometimes make the meaning difficult to understand. Examples include “horder,” “comdoms,” “orgainization” and “consirdered”; “comdoms” in particular appears to be an unintended word and obscures the point about food. Some phrases are also unnatural, such as “truthful election” and “positive outcome for both individuals and society.” Build a more accurate set of topic-specific expressions, and check spelling and collocations carefully. Using precise terms such as food distribution, food insecurity and access to nutritious food would help you explain the issue more clearly.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a sentence beginning “because” and one using “which leads to.” However, control is inconsistent, and errors in sentence construction, agreement, articles and punctuation often make the reader work to understand your meaning. For example, “in many countries people suffer from hunger because of some individuals collecting and hides” combines incompatible verb forms, while “people is suffering” has incorrect subject–verb agreement. The opening sentence is also structurally confusing, and several sentences begin with lowercase letters after full stops. Practise building clear subject–verb sentences first, then add subordinate clauses accurately. Check agreement, articles and sentence boundaries during proofreading.
