Student answer (Band 5.0)

In spite of the advance made in farming, several individuals around the world still go with starve. This is because of lack of employment as people get less income in many country, and can't fulfill basic need. It can be done by having good government which can thinking about farmer and have job opportunity.

Firstly, many people who do agriculture as their job still go hungry. The main reason is that, in many countries in farming there in no income and their family can't fulfill their any needs. As a result, many agriculture based people left farming and went to city for better opportunity and can take care of their family. For instance, in nepal several cities people left agriculture as their is same wealth for them since the past which is very less. Addtionally, government alsp should think abput the farmer as they don't do around the world.

In contrast, this probleam can be solve as their should be a better governer in those agricultural country. In those country, the high authories should give equal capital wealth as other sector too improve the growth of farmers. The government should give better lifestyle to famers as the grow food for the country. Severals individuals should get job in the agriculture sector and new advance technology should implement in the sector.

In conclusion, in many countries still agriculture has been advance but the people who do farming have worst life as the have to go night without having foods, as the government doesn't think about agriculture sector as other sector. This can be solve by having new educated governer who think about agriculture sector as the growing sector and can make farmer life better in future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both questions by identifying low incomes and limited employment as causes, then proposing government support, investment and agricultural jobs. The Nepal example also gives the response a relevant point of reference. However, the explanation remains limited: the link between agricultural advances and hunger is not clearly explored, and claims such as “there is no income” in farming countries are too broad. The proposed solutions—“equal capital wealth,” a “better lifestyle” and new technology—are mentioned but not explained in terms of how they would improve food access or farmers’ earnings. The conclusion repeats the main points rather than adding a clear, developed answer. Explain causes and solutions more precisely and support them with specific reasoning or examples.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, a paragraph on causes, one on solutions and a conclusion. Sequencing words such as “Firstly,” “As a result,” and “In conclusion” help signal these stages. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow, and some links are unclear. For example, “Additionally, government also should think about the farmer as they don't do around the world” does not make the intended connection clear. “In contrast” is also not an accurate transition into proposed solutions, since these do not directly contrast with the causes. Repeated references to government and agriculture make the development feel circular. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each cause to its consequence, then each solution to the problem it addresses.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “agriculture,” “farmer,” “income,” “technology” and “sector,” so the general subject is clear. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make meaning difficult to understand. Phrases such as “go with starve,” “same wealth,” “capital wealth” and “new educated governer” are not natural or precise in this context. There are also noticeable spelling errors, including “Addtionally,” “probleam” and “famers.” Repetition of “government,” “agriculture sector” and “better” further restricts expression. Build a more accurate set of phrases for discussing food insecurity, rural employment and public investment, and check spelling and collocations when editing.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including cause-and-effect structures such as “As a result, many agriculture based people left farming and went to city.” However, the range is limited, and errors occur frequently in verb forms, agreement, articles and sentence construction. Examples include “it can be done,” “there in no income,” “their family can't fulfill their any needs,” and “this probleam can be solve.” These errors sometimes make the intended meaning hard to follow. Practise building accurate sentences with a clear subject and verb, and check singular/plural agreement and verb forms—for example, use “can be solved” after a modal. More reliable control of basic structures will make your ideas easier to understand.
