Student answer (Band 5.0)
In recent years, in spite of the new advances in agriculture made and many people around the world still go hungry this problem has become increasingly common in many parts of the world. It is widely believed that this issue has become increasingly significantly in modern societies. This essay will discuss above-mentioned case and the soloution of this problem.
To begin with the case that in spite of advances made in agriculture around the world and still a lot of people go hungry is because that world is progressing day by day and the main focous right now is to earn huge by any means. For this purpose people are generating the seeds that grow any product once and then the seed become useless with that people must come to the authorities or institutions to buy new seeds for harvesting. For instance, in Pakistan farmers harvest crops with the seeds that they used again and again from their fields but with the advances made in agricultre around the world they have to buy the seeds from government once for harversting any crop and after using that seeds once seeds become useless and they have to buy seeds from government again. This creates a problem with soil that the soil become chemicalize and the field does not grow much as they have in his first time. As a result people are not able to manage those seeds and the inflation incline slowly.
Consequently impact of the advances made in agriculture is also alarming by means of new technologies in agriculture fields and people are unaware to use those new ones.As a result they are failed to handle the new ones.Additionaly, another factor is that new chemicals were made in spite of the advances in agriculture that effect the soil productivity. As a result, people are failed to handle this situation that effects their productivity,
On the contrast, this problem is an significant case that effects the individual life as well as with the GDP of country. For this Government must assure to assist people of using the new meachinary along that check and balance of the newly seeds in the market. As a result in spite of advances made in agriculture does not muct effect the productivity and people will not go hungry around the world.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both questions by proposing causes—such as costly seed dependence, unfamiliar technology and soil damage—and recommending government assistance and checks on new seeds. The Pakistan farming example gives the response a relevant, concrete detail. However, the explanation is limited and sometimes unclear: the link between seed reuse, soil quality, inflation and hunger is asserted rather than fully explained. The proposed solutions are also brief; for example, “assist people” does not specify what training or practical support farmers need. The opening repeats the idea that hunger is increasingly common without establishing a clear position. Develop each cause through a clear chain of effects, and explain how each proposed action would reduce hunger. (Eight words copied from the task prompt were not counted.)
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, body paragraphs and a concluding paragraph, and phrases such as “To begin with,” “For instance” and “As a result” show an effort to guide the reader. However, the overall progression is difficult to follow because several ideas are repeated or joined without clear relationships. The long Pakistan example moves from seed use to soil damage and inflation without explaining each connection, while the paragraph beginning “Consequently impact” introduces technology and chemicals in a way that partly repeats the earlier cause. Some linking expressions are inaccurate or awkward, including “On the contrast.” Organise the causes separately, use one paragraph for practical solutions, and make each transition express the precise relationship between ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “agriculture,” “harvesting,” “soil productivity” and “GDP,” and some choices help identify the subject of the essay. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make meaning unclear, such as “the inflation incline slowly,” “soil become chemicalize” and “new ones” for technologies or machinery. Repetition of “advances made in agriculture,” “seeds” and “as a result” also reduces flexibility. There are noticeable spelling and word-form errors, including “soloution,” “focous,” “agricultre” and “meachinary.” Build a more precise vocabulary for causes and remedies, and check spelling and collocations before submitting.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, including a sentence beginning “For instance” and clauses introduced by “because” and “that.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors can make relationships between ideas difficult to understand. For example, the opening sentence lacks a clear grammatical structure, and “the seed become useless” has a subject–verb agreement error. Other patterns include “people are failed to handle” and “the soil become,” where verb forms or constructions are incorrect. Sentence boundaries and punctuation also need attention: several sentences run together, particularly in the Pakistan example. Practise building shorter, complete sentences first, then combine them with accurate clauses, articles and agreement.
