The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 6.5)

The pie chart illustrates the proportion of nutrients food in three different meals consumption in USA.

Overall, sodium is the highest percentage in dinner and lunch compare to other food respectively. While in breakfast saturated fat and adding sugar has highest percentage .Moreover, added sugar has highest percentage in snackks.

Firstly , the percentage of breakfast in sodium is 14%. And in saturated fat and added sugar is 16% respectively. Furthermore, sodium percent iis 43% in dinner. And saturated fat is 37% in dinner. Next,in added sugar the percentage of dinner is 23%.

In addition, the. Percentage of lunch is 29% in sodium. While in saturated fat it was 26% and in added sugar it was 19%.As well as, in snacks the percentage of sodium is 14%% only. And the percentage in saturated fat it was 21% for snacks.And lastly, the percentage of snacks in added sugar was 42%.which the highest in snacks .
