This diagram illustrates normal pridictable percentage in typycal meals which often cause harm to health if their intake is exceeded.

In case of sodium ,its consumption is higher in dinner and lowest in snack and breakfast. while we talk about saturated fat ,its concentration is in large quantity in dinner and decline in breakfast moreover if we have a look on added sugar it is available in more quantity in snacks and lowest in breakfast.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response identifies the main features of the charts, such as the high levels of sodium and saturated fat in dinner and the prevalence of added sugar in snacks. However, the analysis is somewhat superficial and lacks precise data points to support the comparisons. The inclusion of external information regarding metabolic rates and health consequences is irrelevant to an Academic Task 1 summary, which should focus strictly on the provided data. To improve, you should focus on reporting the specific percentages shown in the charts rather than speculating on health outcomes, as this ensures all parts of the task are addressed appropriately.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The response is organised into short paragraphs, but the logical progression is hindered by awkward phrasing and a lack of effective cohesive devices. While there is an attempt to link ideas, the transitions are often mechanical or missing, such as the abrupt shift between the description of the charts and the commentary on health. The use of punctuation is inconsistent, which disrupts the flow of information. To reach a higher band, ensure that each paragraph has a clear focus and use a wider variety of linking words to connect your sentences and ideas more naturally.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

The vocabulary is somewhat limited and repetitive, with several spelling errors such as 'pridictable', 'typycal', and 'dont'. There is an attempt to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'metabolic rate' and 'concentration', but the overall range is narrow. Some word choices are imprecise, such as 'normal pridictable percentage' and 'more good eating choices'. To improve, focus on using more precise academic vocabulary to describe trends and ensure you proofread your work to eliminate basic spelling mistakes, which currently detract from the professional tone required for this task.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The response contains frequent grammatical errors, including issues with subject-verb agreement ('nutrients are present', 'which contain'), missing articles, and incorrect sentence structures. The punctuation is also problematic, with spaces missing before commas and inconsistent capitalization. While there is an attempt at complex sentences, these are often faulty, which can occasionally impede the reader's understanding. To improve, focus on mastering basic sentence construction, ensuring correct subject-verb agreement, and practicing the proper use of articles and punctuation to increase the accuracy of your writing.
