The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The pie chart illustration the average proportion in typical meals of various types of nutrients such as sodium, saturated fats and added sugar, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten so much.

Overall, the highest percentage of sodium eaten in dinner, wheres breakfast recorded the lowest.

Turning to the details, the figure for sodium eaten stood at 43% in dinner, while saturated fat registered at 37%, however added sugar eat 23% in dinner. Moreover, average percentages of sodium in typical meals consumed in the USA 29% in lunch, while 26% meals consumed in saturated fat, beside added sugar people consumed 19% in lunch.

Turning to the remaining details, people consumed lowest sodium consumed 14% in snacks, while 21% in saturated fast and 42% in added sugar. people meals consumed in the USA using sodium 14% in breakfast, wheres small increase 16% use saturated fast in breakfast, and moreover, same percentage meals consumed in added sugar.
