The charts below show the average percentages in typical meals of three types of nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if eaten too much.

Summarize the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

The pie charts compare the average proportions in typical meals of different nutrients, all of which may be unhealthy if consumed too much.

Overall, dinner accounted for the largest proportions of sodium and saturated fats. Meanwhile, snacks had the highest percentage of added sugar. Breakfast represented a relatively small proportions of sodium, saturated fat and added sugar.

Dinner accounted for the largest proportions of sodium and saturated fats, at 43% and 37% respectively. However, dinner also represented a small proportion of added sugar, at 23%. Conversely, snacks accounted for the largest proportion of added sugar, at 42%, whereas they also had relatively small figures of sodium and saturated fat, at 14% and 21% respectively.

Similarly, lunch had relatively small figures of all three nutrients, ranging from 19% added sugar to 29% sodium. Breakfast accounted for the smallest proportion of sodium, at 14%, while it also had proportions of saturated fat and added sugar, at 16% each.
