Overall, we can see, individuals mostly take a high amount of sodium and saturated fat at the dinner, while at snacks added sugar is the highest consumed in the USA.

People are taking the same amount of sodium at lunch and snacks which is 14%. Whereas, 42% of added sugar is taken at snacks which is the highest compare to sodium and sarurated fat. Again all the 3 unhealthy nutrients are less in breakfast.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

The response addresses the task only partially, and importantly, it fails to meet the minimum length requirement of 150 words, coming in at only 112 words. While the report attempts to summarize the information by highlighting key details—such as noting that dinner has the highest sodium and saturated fat, and snacks have the highest added sugar—the overview is very basic and the data is incomplete. For instance, the final sentence trails off without proper completion ('29% of sodium and 26% saturated fat are relatively in lunch'), leading to under-developed ideas and an unclear presentation of all main features.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0

There is some basic organization with an introductory sentence and an overall summary, but the text lacks a clear overall progression. Paragraphing is disjointed, featuring very short, single-sentence paragraphs that hinder the flow of the report. Cohesive devices are minimal or inaccurate, as seen in the abrupt transitions between sentences ('Again all the 3 unhealthy nutrients are less in breakfast'). Additionally, referencing and logical linking between the data points are inadequate, creating a mechanical and fragmented structure throughout the writing.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

The vocabulary used is limited and barely adequate for the task, with noticeable errors that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. There are spelling mistakes such as 'sarurated' instead of 'saturated', and awkward phrasing like 'harmful to take enough' and 'day-long meals'. The range of vocabulary is narrow, heavily relying on repetitive terms without demonstrating an ability to use less common lexical items accurately or flexibly.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

The response displays a very limited range of sentence structures, relying mostly on simple or faulty complex forms. There are frequent grammatical errors, such as preposition and article issues in 'at the dinner' and 'at snacks', as well as awkward phrasing like 'individuals mostly take a high amount... while at snacks added sugar is the highest consumed'. Punctuation is also neglected at the end of the text. These frequent errors cause some difficulty for the reader and reflect a weak control of grammatical accuracy.
