according to the chart we are talking about the saturated fat and sodium, which are not good for health if take more than as usual, as the chart shows the percentage of breakfast, dinner, lunch and snacks, same as for sodium and saturated fat little difference in percentage
there are various problems related to health if they eat so much in dinner, time and snack time as the percentage of sodium in dinner is 49%. which is very critical and the saturated fat is 37% Now we are going to the third chart, which shows the sugar level as we see the next time, the sugar level is more than as usual than dinner, breakfast, and lunch, which is 42% if we combine these three sodium and situated fat and sugar, these are a big problem for our health and makes many problem to our health like food poisoning, health disease, hair, fall, blood pressure, high, etc.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.0
The response responds to the task only minimally and tangentially. The writer attempts to describe the charts showing sodium, saturated fats, and added sugars, but the information is heavily confused, inaccurate, and incomplete. For instance, the student states that the percentage of sodium in dinner is 49% (whereas the chart shows 43%) and makes vague, general statements about health problems like 'hair fall' and 'food poisoning' rather than focusing purely on data reporting. Furthermore, the overview lacks clarity, and key comparisons across the three charts are poorly handled, resulting in a very limited and under-developed response.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.0
Information and ideas are not arranged coherently in this response. The text is written as a single, long, unstructured paragraph lacking clear logical organization and progression. There is a complete absence of standard paragraphing, and cohesive devices are either missing or misused, such as abrupt transitions like 'Now we are going to the third chart' and 'in the end'. Referencing is also confusing, making it difficult for the reader to follow the flow of information between the different nutrients and meal types.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
The vocabulary used is basic and repetitive, utilizing simple terms like 'chart', 'percentage', 'health', and 'problem' repeatedly. There are noticeable lexical inaccuracies and inappropriate word choices, such as 'situated fat' instead of 'saturated fat', 'nutrition' used incorrectly as a countable noun ('these all nutrition'), and informal phrasing like 'Meal taken by average usa people'. These errors and the restricted range of vocabulary strain the reader and reflect a limited grasp of topic-specific terminology.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
The writing demonstrates a very limited range of grammatical structures, relying heavily on long, run-on sentences joined improperly with commas or conjunctions, such as the opening sentence which spans multiple clauses without proper punctuation. Errors are frequent throughout the text, including subject-verb agreement issues ('these are a big problem... and makes many problem'), missing articles, and incorrect preposition use. These frequent structural errors disrupt the flow of reading and occasionally distort the intended meaning.
