Student answer (Band 6.5)
A term is used now a days widely named situationship. In this condition someone get stuck with some person, job or machine. At that time it's not possible to quit the person, job or machine at either way and someone has to survive the situation.
Some people think that if you are get stuck with some bad situation then you should get quiet and be patience .Time flies and situation will change by its own.You do not need to bother about it.As it's quality of time that it changes whether it's good or bad so someone while facing some bad situation need not to be worried about it.He just stay calm and wait and watch.Time will change and he will be out of the bad job or bad time.
Some people are in favor of this opinion that if you are in bad situation such as you are surrounded by bad people or are in bad job or are facing some money shortage they should think about it After analysing their situation they should think possible ways to get out of the situation.Even they should make multiple plans to get out .If one plan does not work they should work on another plan.Someone should be consistent and be patience to change his circumstances. With consistent efforts situation will be change and he will be able to get into good situation.
I also do believe on efforts. In my opinion if you continue to do hard work it always give you good and positive results. So whenever you are facing bad situation in life ,you should not be hopeless instead analyze the situation and make some plan to get out of situation and make it better.Try ,try again until you succeed.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.5
The response addresses both views and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat limited. The arguments for accepting a situation are quite brief and rely on general statements about time, while the arguments for improving a situation are also somewhat repetitive. To reach a higher band, you should provide more specific examples or deeper reasoning for why one might choose to accept a situation versus why active change is often more beneficial. The introduction is slightly off-topic by introducing the concept of a 'situationship', which is not relevant to the prompt regarding jobs or financial hardship. Ensure your introduction focuses directly on the prompt's core themes.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.5
The essay is organised into clear paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is quite mechanical and sometimes inaccurate. For example, 'At that time' and 'As it's quality of time' do not flow naturally. There is a lack of sophisticated linking words to connect ideas within and between paragraphs. The referencing is sometimes unclear, such as the transition between the introduction and the first body paragraph. Improving the variety of transition signals and ensuring that each sentence logically follows the previous one will significantly enhance the flow of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the range and precision required for higher bands. You rely on basic phrasing such as 'bad situation', 'bad job', and 'good situation' repeatedly. There is also some awkward word choice, such as 'get quiet' instead of 'remain passive' or 'stay calm'. To improve, you should aim to use more precise synonyms and collocations. For instance, instead of 'money shortage', you could use 'financial constraints' or 'economic hardship'. The vocabulary is sufficient to convey your meaning, but it does not demonstrate the flexibility or sophistication needed for a higher score.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and some complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede the flow. Common issues include subject-verb agreement (e.g., 'situation will be change'), article usage (e.g., 'in bad job'), and punctuation errors. The sentence 'He just stay calm and wait and watch' lacks proper verb tense consistency. While the meaning is generally clear, the high frequency of these errors prevents the essay from reaching a higher band. Focusing on basic sentence construction and proofreading for common errors like missing articles and incorrect verb forms will help you improve significantly.
