Student answer (Band 5.5)
Few inhabitants trust that accepting a bad situation, like unsatisfactory work environment or shortage of finance. And other believe that people have to try better for the improvement of this type situations. In my opinion, I believe that trying for better opportunities is good option while accepting the situation is important sometime due to certain reasons.
On the the one hand, some mankind believe going for new options to get more satisfactory paying them more salary for their work make them happier along with giving a happy life output of this worker perform more effectively at work. For instance, as research done by the Oxford university on various professional groups found that human are more productive towards their work if they found healthy work environment which results more output of the assigned tasks. Moreover, it will help in personal life of a mankind maintaining the work life balance.
On the other hand, sometimes its quite difficult for some human to get out of a bad work environment and finding a new place to perform their job. For example, people are having some family dependency on their shoulders which make them to stay at this type of work culture with less paying amount. Also, certain other factors like job opportunity is less in the market due to competition which make salary would be less for certain jobs. At some extent comfort zone of a worker also weigh this factor.
In conclusion, I think getting a good and healthy work environment need changes job and need some extra effort to learn the new skills as per the industry demand. Some positions is less demand in the market which make people to stay at the bad work culture with less money.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both views and provides an opinion, though the development is somewhat limited. The introduction is unclear, and the arguments in the body paragraphs lack depth. For instance, the discussion on 'family dependency' is a relevant point, but it is not fully explored or linked back to the prompt's core tension effectively. The conclusion is repetitive and fails to synthesize the arguments or clearly restate the opinion. To improve, ensure each paragraph has a clear topic sentence and provides more detailed, logical support for the claims made.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate, such as 'And other believe' at the start of the essay or 'At some extent'. The progression of ideas is sometimes disjointed, particularly in the conclusion, which introduces new information rather than summarizing the main points. Referencing is occasionally unclear, and the flow between sentences could be improved by using a wider variety of linking words more naturally.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks precision and sophistication. There are frequent errors in word choice and collocation, such as 'some mankind' instead of 'some people', 'happy life output', and 'less paying amount'. These errors occasionally make the text sound unnatural. While the student attempts to use topic-specific vocabulary like 'work environment' and 'productivity', the range remains limited. To reach a higher band, focus on using more precise collocations and avoiding repetitive or awkward phrasing.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors throughout. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('Some positions is less demand'), article usage ('On the the one hand'), and awkward sentence construction ('make salary would be less'). While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to distract the reader. To improve, focus on basic sentence construction, subject-verb agreement, and the correct use of articles and prepositions.
