Student answer (Band 5.5)
Several humankind think that it is better to welcome poor circumstances like undesirable post or poverty but on the other side the rest of the people state that it is fine to attempt and make it batter.
Some people believe that it is best to accept a bad situation, such as unsatisfactory job and shortage of money and this statement is right for some time. if you have a position in one company but you don't feel good for that but you can not do anything for that because you don't have other job or you don't have talent for different kind of occupation. So you have to do that work for you and your family members who are depend on you. Also mankind also state that if in your fate there is awful things written then you don't have any other choice other than accept that condition.
On the other hand, others argue that it is better to try and improve such situations. like i already talk about unsatisfactory job. So in this what you can do is you keep trying to make that state better. With hard work as well as smart work you can achieve anything in this world. Do not break your mentality no matter what happens. if your mindset is change then there is no going back. so keep struggle and one day you will get the result according to you. so hold on your positive thoughts and make it in reality because if you accept then nothing is going as per your will.
My take is on second things we have to hold our psychology and make an effort to upgrade our life and condition.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both views and provides a clear personal opinion. However, the development of ideas is somewhat superficial. For instance, the argument for accepting a bad situation relies on the concept of 'fate,' which is not fully explored in an academic context. The second perspective is supported by general advice rather than concrete examples or logical consequences. While all parts of the prompt are addressed, the discussion lacks the depth and analytical rigor required for a higher band. The conclusion is brief and lacks a summary of the main points discussed in the body paragraphs.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or repetitive (e.g., 'Also,' 'So,' 'On the other hand'). Some transitions are awkward, such as 'My take is on second things,' which disrupts the flow of the argument. Referencing is occasionally unclear, and the logical progression between sentences within paragraphs is sometimes disjointed, making the overall argument feel a bit fragmented rather than a cohesive whole.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary is limited and often imprecise. There are several instances of awkward word choices, such as 'Several humankind' instead of 'Many people,' and 'undesirable post' instead of 'unsatisfactory job.' The phrase 'make it batter' contains a spelling error and is informal. The range of vocabulary is sufficient to convey basic meaning, but it lacks the flexibility and precision needed to discuss the topic in a sophisticated manner. There is a reliance on simple, repetitive language throughout the response.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede readability. Issues include subject-verb agreement ('mankind also state'), incorrect word forms ('if your mindset is change'), and awkward phrasing ('if in your fate there is awful things written'). Punctuation is also inconsistent, with several run-on sentences and missing commas. While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of errors in basic grammar prevents the essay from reaching a higher band.
