Student answer (Band 5.5)
A few individuals argue that being adjusted with your condition such as unsatisfactory job or less income is best option, while others thick that one should try to improve such circumstances. This essay will desribes both the perspectives before explaining my opinion that it is always good to take better decisions and change your toxic unhealthy environment.
On the one hand, some people have an opinion that it is a good quality of human being to adjust themselves in a challenging environment. Moreover, they believe that bad experiences are part of life like being not paid well at work places or doing some extra work. But people should take steps to prove their abilities in such situations. For instance, if a graduated person wait for a more income, satisfactory job it will waste his time without adding experience. In contrast, another person doing a job with less pay will provide him good adjusment skills and experiences.
On the other hand, when people start searching and doing high paid jobs, it improves their lifestyle and status. when they try to improve these conditions, the assigned companies offer them a good amount of money. Similarly, another company in competion offer them more facilities than the first one. For example, if a hotel needs a manager and the person demand them to raise his salary they will increase their salary otherwise will face trouble in managing the administration of the hotel.
In my opinion, somehow adjusment with the environment is a good quality in human beings, but being compromizing on your own rights is not a wisdom. Therefore, everyone should takes steps for their better future.
In conclusion, people who adjust themselves to a targeted environment is doing some tremendous job but at the same time they should take responsibilty of changing and bringing a good and relax workplaces along with better facilities and salaries.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views on accepting versus improving difficult situations and provides a clear personal opinion in the introduction and conclusion. The ideas are generally relevant, though some arguments, such as the example of the hotel manager, lack full development and clarity. For instance, the student states, 'if a hotel needs a manager and the person demand them to raise his salary they will increase their salary,' which is somewhat simplistic and repetitive. However, the writer maintains a position throughout and extends most main ideas. This performance aligns well with the Band 6 descriptors, as all parts of the task are addressed, but certain ideas remain under-developed or lack precision in their reasoning.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay displays a coherent overall arrangement with a clear paragraph-by-paragraph structure, including an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting opposing views, a personal opinion paragraph, and a conclusion. Cohesive devices such as 'On the one hand,' 'On the other hand,' 'For example,' and 'In conclusion' are utilized to guide the reader through the text. However, referencing and logical progression are occasionally faulty, as seen in repetitive phrasing and slightly abrupt transitions between ideas. Paragraphing is used sufficiently, but mechanical use of cohesive markers prevents the response from reaching a higher band. Overall, this reflects the Band 6 descriptor where information and ideas are coherently arranged, but cohesion within and between sentences can be mechanical.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The student uses an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, attempting less common items such as 'unsatisfactory,' 'circumstances,' 'perspectives,' and 'administration.' However, there are notable word choice and collocation errors throughout the text, such as 'being adjusted with your condition' instead of 'adapting to your circumstances,' 'thick' instead of 'think,' 'desribes' instead of 'describe,' and 'high paid jobs' instead of 'high-paying jobs.' Spelling errors also occur ('compotion,' 'responsibilty'). While these inaccuracies do not completely impede communication, they restrict the lexical score to Band 5.0, as the vocabulary is limited and noticeable errors cause occasional difficulty for the reader.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, incorporating conditional structures ('if a graduated person wait for a more income...'). However, grammatical accuracy is weak, with frequent errors in articles, prepositions, subject-verb agreement, and tense consistency. Examples include 'if a graduated person wait' (waits), 'for a more income' (for higher income), 'everyone should takes' (take), and 'people who adjust themselves... is doing' (are doing). These frequent errors in basic and complex structures cause some difficulty for the reader, fitting the Band 5 descriptor where a limited range of structures is used, and attempts at complex sentences are frequently faulty.
