IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Some people believe that it is best to accept a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try and improve such situations.

Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

 

Student answer (Band 5.0)

Those who believe it's best to accept bad situation are the ones who have seen much worst in life and now are totally neutral to the fact even if there if in bad or good situation .They have just accepted their faith and are just trying to live their life without any further drama.Another reason can be that ,they are just procrastinating in their life and do not want to make efforts .They are just satisfied for they have and are not gonna change it.

On the other hand ,the people who believe that they can make efforts and improve their conditions are the ones who believe in hard work.They think what they have isn't enough and if they try hard they can definitely get a better life .They do not procrastinate and try hard every time to make their life more better every day .

Both types of people represent different types of mindset.But better are the ones who make efforts and make their life better.As procrastination will only worsen their condition.People should always try to improve themselves .
