Student answer (Band 6.0)
It is argued that individual should accept deficient jobs with least income, while others state that people should go for another job to enhnace finance in such situation. I totally agree with the statement that people should always avail the opportunity of a wok with good salary pacakge.
On the one hand, a lot of people are doing odd jobs to fulfill basic needs of living. In this era, population is increasing drastically and individuals are at hand to mouth for simple life. Therefore, many people are compelled to do unsatisfactory work just for living. They had accepted that it is unattainable to find a better source of incom in this competitive period. For example, according to a survey it was stated that almost one million of young people are doing irrelevent jobs with short income just to feed their families. At this time, resources are decreasing day by day and umeployment is increasing dramatically therefor individuals are forced to do such jobs because there are no better opportunities of earning specially in developing countries.
On the other hand, looking for upgrade source of income is helpful for improving lifestyle. Young people are having a technical education always approach for better job to uplift their life. Moreaver, with improved source of income it is easier for individuals to plan a properous future. Good employment rate also contributes in the growth of economy.
In the conclusion, although a lot of people are doing unsatisfactory jobs for basic requirements of life. But poeple should always looked for better source of income to improve lifestyle.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views—accepting difficult circumstances versus striving to improve them—and clearly states the writer's own opinion in the introduction and conclusion. Ideas are relevant, noting reasons why people might accept unsatisfactory work, such as economic pressure and population growth, as well as the benefits of seeking better employment. However, some arguments are slightly repetitive or under-developed, and the support tends to rely on sweeping generalisations rather than well-extended examples. For instance, the reference to a survey stating 'almost one million of young people are doing irrelevent jobs' lacks specific context. Nevertheless, a clear position is maintained throughout, satisfying the requirements for a Band 6.0.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay presents a coherent overall arrangement with a clear logical progression divided into four standard paragraphs: an introduction, two body paragraphs representing different views, and a conclusion. Paragraphing is used appropriately to separate ideas. However, cohesion is sometimes faulty or mechanical, as seen in the slightly awkward transitions and cohesive devices, such as 'In the conclusion, although a lot of people are doing unsatisfactory jobs... But poeple should always looked for better source'. Referencing and substitutions occasionally lack precision, leading to a mechanical flow in places. Despite these minor cohesive slips, the organisation remains clear enough to guide the reader through the arguments without difficulty, corresponding to a Band 6.0.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
The student demonstrates an adequate vocabulary range for the task, attempting less common items such as 'drastically', 'compelled', 'prosperous', and 'unemployment'. However, there are notable inaccuracies in word choice, spelling, and collocation throughout the text. Examples include 'enhnace finance' instead of improve finances, 'least income' instead of low income, 'hand to mouth' used incorrectly as an adjective phrase ('individuals are at hand to mouth'), 'incom' (spelling), 'irrelevent' (spelling), and 'looked' instead of look in the conclusion. While these errors are frequent, they do not severely impede communication because the overall meaning can still be understood. This performance aligns well with the Band 5.5 descriptors.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence forms, incorporating relative clauses and subordinate structures such as 'It is argued that individual should accept...'. However, grammatical control is inconsistent, featuring several noticeable errors in subject-verb agreement and article usage, such as 'individual should accept' instead of individuals, 'a wok' instead of a job, 'salary pacakge', and 'Young people are having a technical education always approach'. Furthermore, tense usage is occasionally flawed, as seen in 'They had accepted that it is unattainable'. Punctuation and sentence boundaries in the conclusion are also weak, where a fragment is created by separating a dependent clause with a full stop ('In the conclusion, although a lot of people... But poeple...'). These errors occasionally cause slight strain for the reader, fitting a Band 5.5 level.
