IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Some people believe that it is best to accept a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try and improve such situations.

Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

 

Student answer (Band 5.0)

It is often argued that, some citizens demonstrates we have to agree a poor working environment, where as others states to seek for opportunities to inhance such moments.While there are valid arguments on both sides of this statement, I believe that we have to try to inprove working areas, primarily because for job security and financial stability.

Analysing the first statement and explaining further, some individuals agrees the situation where they don't feel satisfaction and financial secure. This is because they fears to entry in new working environment. In other words, they tries to improve their current situation. A clear example of this can be seen in insurance company. Where employers do work with relatively minimun salaries but they tries to give thier best if they get compensation as well promotion also. As a result, they strengthen thier position form thier dissatisfaction to their promotion which demonstrates that giving up is not only a solution.

Apart from this, others pursue thier opportunities where can improves such situations which leads them to feel secure of their job as well incentives also. Furthermore, people tries to maintain their values within the organization, therefore, they give their best to pull up such kind of problems. For intance, if manager doesnot give up and tries every possibilities to overcome from problem. Consequently, if he/she is able to get positive results that makes him trusted individual inside the organization and become a leader. In my opinion, I would like to do every things to improve such situations and maintain goodwill of the organization. As well I fell we have to give our full effort for where we work if it works or not we have to focus.

In conclusion, I would always prefer to do hardwork for inhance of the company. Ultimately, improving negative terms into postive aspects may be a huge differences for both employeers and organization which can benefit both.
