IELTS Writing Task 2 question

Some people believe that it is best to accept a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try and improve such situations.

Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

 

Student answer (Band 5.0)

Nowadays job satisfaction has become a widely debated issue. While, individuals claim that compromised situation like unsuitable employment or financial difficulties, other agrue that it hard work and development to solve situations. In this essay, I will discuss both perceptives before i giving my own view.

On the one hand, some poeple believe that accept bad situation. This is because they think about their family expenses, when they did not accept that her/his boss leaves their company that's why employee keep silent and sacrifice their own views. As a result, employers lost their productivity and it also effect on company futurre. Moreover, people are not happy with their job they become frustrated and feeling anxiety because financial difficulties. For example, many countries especially marking job holder given suffer because when did not fillup their target manager not give proper salaries.

On the other hand, other agrued it better to try and improve situation. The main reason for this is that they loved to freedom and concern about their career. Consequently, they become successful person because they did not give up passion. In addition, modern time younger people often changes their job one reason is that their learn knowlegbe about different environment. For intance, In the world everyone prefer to online job, they going freelancing because it easy to get more money and full of freedom.

In my view, although i strongly believe that job satisfaction is essential. This is because it could improve their career and more productivity. However, I do agree that some place market was competitions so that's why company owner become streak.

In conclusion, both views have valid points, while it is better way accept circumtance, I am convinced that empolyee satisfaction more crucial every company. Therefore, every owner will take some action to create new rules which benefit for employers.
