Student answer (Band 5.0)
It is often argued that people believe in accepting a bad situation is best, while others argue that it is better to try something and improve such situations. In my opinion, improving and learning new skills is best way to get more knowledge and being able to deal with different kind of situations.
On the one hand, market is increasing with more kind of different skill jobs and they deal with staff only with good work of previous experience. people often think that occupation is shortage with jobs however, it is not always true because skilled development mainly play major role in job with good finacial outcomes. For example, people do specific jobs and continuous working on same fields with less improvements. In result, people only reliable on same salary with no major improvement and it is directly effect on the job they do.
On the other hand, there are significant different types of situations which people handle with their individuals knowledge and working hard to handle such situations with good outcomes. Although, people needs to focus more on their particular source of income with their personal benefits. For instance, trying to handle financial matters with improving jobs and skills is best way to get good result. I personally believe that improvement helps job seekers to decide which feild is more important to work and also encourage to take strong decision for the better future.
In conclusion, I believe that people needs to work hard and gain more knowledge for the better finacial outcomes.moreover, people needs to accept every situations and leran from past mistake to get excellent outcomes with positive response .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
The response addresses the task only partially. While both views are mentioned, the discussion remains limited and lacks clear development. Note that 8 words copied directly from the prompt were excluded from the word count, though the final length requirement was still met. The writer states a position in the introduction, but the ideas presented in the body paragraphs are under-developed and somewhat repetitive, failing to fully explore the implications of accepting versus improving difficult situations. For instance, the argument regarding market trends and skill development is introduced but not sufficiently explained with clear supporting evidence. To reach a higher level, the writer needs to present fully extended and well-supported ideas that thoroughly examine both perspectives with a clear, consistent position throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
There is some organisation evident in the text, with an introduction, body paragraphs, and a conclusion, but it lacks a clear overall progression. Cohesive devices are used, but they are often mechanical, inaccurate, or repetitive, such as the frequent reliance on 'On the one hand' and 'On the other hand' coupled with abrupt transitions. Paragraphing is attempted, but the internal logical flow within paragraphs is frequently disrupted by unclear referencing and loose connections between ideas. For example, sentences in the second body paragraph jump between job markets, skill development, and salary outcomes without smooth signposting. Improving this criterion requires ensuring that every sentence leads logically to the next, using a wider and more accurate range of cohesive ties, and structuring paragraphs around single, well-defined central topics.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited and minimally adequate for the task. The writer attempts some less common vocabulary, such as 'finacial outcomes' and 'occupation', but these attempts are accompanied by noticeable errors in word choice, collocation, and spelling that occasionally cause difficulty for the reader. For example, phrases like 'skilled development' instead of 'skill development', and repeated spelling errors like 'finacial' and 'feild', restrict the precision of the writing. To achieve a higher band, the writer should expand their lexical range by incorporating more precise vocabulary and less common collocations naturally, while paying closer attention to word formation and accurate spelling.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
The response demonstrates a very limited range of sentence structures, relying mostly on simple sentences and attempts at complex structures that are frequently faulty. There are frequent grammatical errors involving subject-verb agreement, articles, plurals, and prepositions inside grammatical patterns. Examples of these errors include 'accepting a bad situation is best', 'different kind of situations', 'people needs', and 'every situations'. These frequent errors can cause some difficulty for the reader and obscure the intended meaning. To improve, the writer needs to increase grammatical accuracy by carefully checking subject-verb agreements, mastering plural and singular noun usage, and ensuring that complex sentence structures are constructed without fundamental errors.
