Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nowadays, people are facing many difficulties in their day to day lives. When faced with challenging circumstances, some individuals prefer to accept them like unwanted jobs, whereas others believe that every effort should be made to bring about positive changes. In my preference, it is good to accept a such types of situations like undesirable jobs and shortage of money. In further essay, I will discuss both the views in details.
Firstly, when people starts to accept the bad situations such as unacceptable job, it gives peace to the people especially when they are in money crisis. People may have responsibilities, such as family expenses and children education. By the acceptance of unwanted job it still gives a stable income to a person. Accepting reality can reduce stress, anxiety and depression.
On the other side, when people understand such situations it helps them to improve to get more positive changes and leads to the personal and professional growth. People try to do better they earn more experience about that situation and also learn new skills. When individual try to do better, it motivates them to do better work and also improve their decision making skills. Taking action gives people greater control over their future and also helps to earn more money in future.
In conclusion, improvement helps people to satisfied in their works in future and can earn more money and benefits. Shortage of money and unsatisfactory job problems can be solve by the other way and live a happy life when people have family support in their background.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both perspectives: accepting an unsatisfactory job is linked to stable income and reduced stress, while trying to improve circumstances is connected to learning skills, career growth and greater control. However, your own position is not consistently clear. The introduction says, “it is good to accept” difficult situations, but the conclusion mainly praises improvement and suggests problems can be solved. This makes it difficult to identify your final view. Some supporting points are relevant but brief—for example, the benefits of taking action are listed without a specific explanation of how someone might improve a job or financial situation. State your opinion clearly and consistently, then develop each side with a concrete example or fuller explanation.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. The contrast between “Firstly” and “On the other side” helps readers follow the discussion, and the ideas within each body paragraph are generally related. However, progression is sometimes mechanical, and links between ideas are not always clear. For instance, “When people understand such situations it helps them to improve” does not clearly explain the connection between understanding a problem and improving it. The conclusion also introduces “family support” without developing this point earlier. Use clearer links between claims and explanations, and make the conclusion summarise the same position established in the introduction.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “stable income,” “personal and professional growth,” “decision making skills,” and “financial crisis.” There are also attempts at less common expressions, such as “bring about positive changes.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations sound unnatural or imprecise, which sometimes makes the message harder to follow. Examples include “in my preference,” “accept a such types of situations,” and “satisfied in their works.” Repetition of “better” and “situations” also limits flexibility. Build a more precise vocabulary for discussing employment and finances, and check that phrases sound natural in context; for example, use “in my view” and “improve their circumstances.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more extended sentence forms, including a conditional idea in “when they are in money crisis” and a relative clause in “situations … which leads to the personal and professional growth.” However, control is inconsistent, and errors occur in basic sentence patterns as well as longer constructions. Examples include “people starts” instead of “people start,” “when individual try” instead of “when an individual tries,” and “problems can be solve” instead of “problems can be solved.” Articles and sentence construction also need attention, as in “accept a such types of situations.” Practise subject–verb agreement, articles, and passive forms, then proofread each sentence to ensure that its grammatical relationships are clear.
