Student answer (Band 5.0)

Many of individuals think that accepting difficult situation is best ,such as unhappy with job or lack of money , Others believe that people should make efforts to improve such circumstances.discuss both views in upcoming peragraphs

First and foremost, so many people believe that if we are suffering from difficulties accept it do not try to solve because some time they feel that if they try to solve they create more difficulties and cannot solve the problem properly because sometimes they do not have option for new jobs and even they do not have enough money ,for example in 2025 anad priya name person suffering from bad job and finicial promblem and he think they cannot solve it because he do not have right path during that problems he lost his job as well as money

on the other hand , others beleive that we need to solve our problems which is totally greatful because solving problems is a best option for sucessful job and set our money problem we need to find new jobs and learn some skills for making enough money for present and future for instance ,ajit newspaper articals shows us on 21st june if we do not have good job and we suffering from mental halth also leave that job and find new jobs it is easy way of outcome from our fear

conclusion, Both views are right beacuse it is totally depend on individuals mental health as well as on there money prblems ,we need to choose right method

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0

You address both views: the first body paragraph explains why people may accept a difficult situation, while the second argues for taking steps to improve it. You also give a concluding view that the choice depends on a person’s mental health and finances. However, the discussion is only partially developed. The first example about “anad priya” is difficult to follow and does not clearly show why accepting the situation is beneficial; the second example is also vague and relies on an unclear reference to newspaper articles. Your own opinion is not firmly stated until the conclusion. Make your position explicit in the introduction, then explain and support each view with clear, relevant reasoning.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has a recognisable structure, with an opening, two paragraphs presenting opposing views, and a conclusion. Phrases such as “on the other hand” help signal the change in viewpoint. However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow because several ideas are joined together without clear links, and the examples do not connect smoothly to the claims. The opening also ends with an instruction-like phrase, “discuss both views in upcoming peragraphs,” rather than a clear thesis. Use one main idea per paragraph, develop it in a logical sequence, and make references between sentences clear. More accurate, varied linking would make the organisation less mechanical.

Lexical Resource: Band 4.5

You use some vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “difficulties,” “circumstances,” “mental health,” and “find new jobs.” However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make the meaning unclear, such as “set our money problem,” “right path during that problems,” and “greatful.” Spelling errors, including “finicial,” “beleive,” and “sucessful,” are also noticeable and sometimes slow the reader. Aim to learn common topic phrases as complete units, such as “financial difficulties” and “improve one’s circumstances,” and check spelling carefully. More precise vocabulary would help you express the contrast between accepting a situation and actively changing it.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

You attempt to combine ideas using clauses with “because” and “if,” but complex sentences are often faulty, and sentence boundaries are not consistently controlled. For example, “if we are suffering from difficulties accept it do not try to solve” lacks a clear grammatical structure, while “others beleive that we need to solve our problems which is…” has unclear agreement and clause construction. There are also recurring problems with articles, plurals, and verb forms, as in “accepting difficult situation” and “he do not have.” Capitalisation and punctuation are inconsistent, with long sentences joined by commas. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time.
