Student answer (Band 5.5)
In recent year, accepting bad situation and lake of money is better than trying and improving that type of situations has become widely discussed issue around the world. Nowadays, many people are concerned about this issue. It affects individuals and society in different ways.
On the one hand, it is often argued that, some majority of people believe that acceptance of bad situation is good instead of improving it. I disagree with this condition. This is because people should try to improve themself for a better lifestyle. Sometimes, we cannot relay on this type of useless job which are not suitable for our life. In my opinion, it is not relevent, to accept this type circumstances. The best way of acceptance is when the situation is not that much hursh that effects your life and create problems.
On the other hand, people become more aware of this situation that improving is way better than doing unsatisfactory job. I agree with this point of view. Therefore, this can improve both productivity and efficieny.Consequently society may experience positive changes. However, there are also some drawbacks of this development has benefits.it may also create challenges. But this change of trying again and again can bring positive change in human life because they are not only trying they are improving themself in such circumstances.
In conclusion, although both views have their advantages. I believe that improving in life is the better approach, the benefits are more significant. Overall, I believe this is a positive development for society.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You give a clear overall opinion that people should try to improve difficult circumstances, and you refer to both acceptance and improvement. However, the discussion of the two views is only partial: the reasons for accepting a bad situation are not explained in a convincing or specific way, while the case for improvement is mostly asserted through phrases such as “better lifestyle” and “positive changes.” The point that acceptance may be appropriate when a situation does not seriously affect someone’s life is relevant, but it needs an example or explanation. Your position is also weakened by the opening, which appears to favour acceptance, before later paragraphs clearly support improvement. Develop each view with a reason and a concrete illustration, and keep your position consistent.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable introduction, two body paragraphs and a conclusion, and signposts such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand” and “In conclusion” help identify the sections. However, progression within paragraphs is often unclear, and some linking phrases do not show a logical relationship. For example, “Therefore” and “Consequently” introduce claims without explaining how they follow from the preceding point. The sentence sequence “there are also some drawbacks of this development has benefits” is difficult to follow, and the ideas about challenges and benefits are not organised clearly. The opening also creates a different impression from the later stated opinion. Use a clear topic sentence for each view, then connect each reason to its explanation or example.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “unsatisfactory job,” “acceptance,” “productivity” and “efficiency.” However, the range is limited and several noticeable word-choice, collocation and spelling errors make parts of the response difficult to interpret. Examples include “lake of money” for a shortage of money, “relay on” for rely on, and “hursh” for harsh. Phrases such as “improving themself” and “this type circumstances” are also not expressed naturally. Repetition of “situation,” “improve” and “positive” limits precision. Build a small set of accurate topic phrases and check spelling and word forms; use alternatives such as “financial hardship,” “seek better employment” and “improve one’s circumstances” where appropriate.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses beginning with “because” and “although,” but the range is limited and errors are frequent enough to interrupt reading. For example, “In recent year” lacks the correct plural form, and “some majority of people believe” has an inaccurate sentence structure. Agreement and pronoun forms are also problematic in “job which are” and “improving themself.” Several sentences are incomplete or joined incorrectly, particularly “there are also some drawbacks of this development has benefits.” Punctuation and spacing errors, such as “issue. It” and “efficieny.Consequently,” further affect clarity. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, articles and plurals, and revise each sentence to ensure it contains a complete, logically connected clause.
