Student answer (Band 5.0)
Facing failure in is life better than accepting a bad situatin.
For those people who accept the bad situation or failure in lives and do not want to move forward in life so they can not be able to improve in life, Because they accepted the failure and develop a fear by doing overthinking about anything that can make them successful in life. Every time they feel depressed and just overthinking that develops a fear of doing something.
On the other side those people who takes risks in life by doing unsatisfactory jobs and face financial crisises. So they well alots of hardships and difficulties in there jobs but with time they learn and get experiences of tough situations and they got success in life.
Lets suppose we have two seeds seed 0ne and seed second both have same environment and situations to grow. So the first seed wants to grow as the seed start growing he develop roots send it down deep in soil there he face rock beneath him so he would not stop continous growing by bending the root, as with time passes the seed develop a stem in open air, after that develop leaves and face alots of harsh conditions like storms, wind, high temperations, rain and sometimes his leaf is eaten by a cattarpillar but all of these hardships he continous to grow instead of the all of the hardships in his life. As the seed second have develop the fear and just overthinking about the hardship that he can face it and does not grow so one day a hen come and eat the second seed that is just lying in the ground and develop a fear to grow
In my opinin we should not have to just accept bad situation in life but we should

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views: the first paragraph explains why accepting a difficult situation may lead to fear and inaction, while the next argues that taking risks can build experience and lead to success. Your seed comparison also supports the idea of persevering through hardship. However, the discussion is uneven: the case for accepting a bad situation is presented mainly as a negative consequence, rather than explaining why someone might reasonably choose acceptance, and the example is much longer than the discussion of the opposing view. Your own position begins with “In my opinin,” but the response ends before the opinion is completed. Develop both perspectives more evenly and state your view clearly in a complete conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
There is some organisation: the response moves from one view to the other, then gives an illustrative example. Phrases such as “On the other side” and “In my opinion” signal changes in direction. However, progression is difficult to follow because the seed story occupies a very long, largely unbroken paragraph and contains several events without clear links to the main argument. The opening question does not clearly introduce the essay’s structure, and the final sentence is unfinished, so the response has no completed conclusion. Use separate paragraphs for the two views, the example, and your opinion; keep the example concise and connect each paragraph explicitly to the task.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “financial crises,” “hardships,” “difficulties,” and “experiences of tough situations.” These choices show an effort to discuss challenges and perseverance, but the range is limited and several expressions are inaccurate or repetitive, which sometimes makes meaning harder to follow. For example, “they well alots of hardships” does not communicate the intended idea clearly, and “overthinking” is repeated rather than replaced with more precise language. Spelling errors such as “situatin,” “opin in,” and “temperations” also reduce accuracy. Build a bank of natural phrases for discussing acceptance, improvement, and consequences, and check spelling and collocations during revision.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt longer sentences and some subordinate clauses, particularly in the seed example, but these structures are often difficult to control. Errors in agreement and verb forms appear in phrases such as “those people who takes risks” and “the seed develop a stem”; the sentence beginning “For those people who accept” also lacks a clear main clause. Articles, plurals, and sentence boundaries are inconsistent, and several sentences run together, making relationships between ideas unclear. The final sentence is incomplete. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then combine them with controlled clauses using “because,” “although,” or “while.” Check that every sentence has a subject and finite verb, and use full stops to separate complete ideas.
