Student answer (Band 5.0)
Most of individual believes that it is good to accept a bad situation, for example unsatisfied job and low salary. While, others believes that it is better to workhard and improve these kinds of situations. In my opinion, I strongerly disagree with the statement you should take the chance and switch the job as soon as possible. because low amount of income cannot pay your bills on time. Also, boss pressure, low income, no appreciation etc can cause frustrates you a lot.
Individuals who are working in the corporate structure and want to grow their self had face many hardship like manager pressure. While, these top management did not care about your mental health and stress. For instance, a person worked very hard and complete all the assignments on time want if i worked enough manager will like my work and I'll get icrement etc. Therefore, these uper class people cannot appreciate you until and unless they give you extra work which was not good for your mental and physical health.
On the other hand, salary is a drug individuals who have higher goals they cannot achieve these things on the bases of salary. For example, less salary person cannot afford the new things like if they want to buy icecream and they knew electricity bill was pending they definately pay the bill instead of enjoying these moments with their family. They cannot survive on low salary.
In my perspective, the people who are unsatisfied in their job they can quit and find another one which gives you higher package and benefits of medical facilities rather than you stay on your previous job and try to improve things.
In conclusion, people who are stuck in their job and wanted to grow their self just quit and find better job. Aslo, they have chance to stay and work hard. I believe that is just a waste of time individuals can move forward for their better future.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You discuss both accepting a difficult situation and trying to improve it, and your own preference for leaving an unsatisfactory job is clear in the final paragraphs. The examples about financial pressure and lack of appreciation are relevant. However, the discussion is uneven: the first view is not explained as a genuine argument for acceptance, and the essay mostly presents reasons to quit. The opening also says you disagree with switching jobs, which conflicts with your later opinion that people should quit, so your position is not consistently clear. Some claims, such as “salary is a drug,” are difficult to interpret and are not developed into a clear argument. Explain why someone might reasonably stay, then compare that view with your reasons for seeking change.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5
The response has an introduction, separate body paragraphs and a conclusion, and signposts such as “On the other hand” help indicate shifts. However, progression is difficult to follow because the opening position contradicts the conclusion, and the first body paragraph moves from workplace pressure to an unclear example about a manager appreciating work. Several links are mechanical or inaccurate: “While” begins a fragment in the introduction, and “Therefore” does not clearly follow from the preceding example. The conclusion repeats the recommendation to quit without resolving the opposing view. Build each paragraph around one clear point, connect examples directly to that point, and use referencing and transitions only where the relationship between ideas is clear.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant topic vocabulary, including “mental health,” “stress,” “salary,” “benefits” and “appreciate,” which helps communicate the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations make meaning unclear, such as “salary is a drug,” “grow their self,” and “higher package.” Spelling errors, including “icrement,” “uper” and “definately,” also reduce accuracy. Some expressions are repeated, particularly references to low salary and quitting. Aim for precise, natural phrases for workplace conditions and financial hardship, and check spelling and word forms. More accurate collocations would make your ideas easier to understand without changing their meaning.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “because,” “while” and “which.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and frequent errors sometimes make the reader work to understand the point. Examples include “Most of individual believes,” “others believes,” and “a person … want,” where agreement is incorrect, as well as “they can quit … which gives you,” where the pronouns shift. Sentence boundaries and punctuation are also problematic: “because” starts a sentence after a full stop, and “While” is used as a fragment. Practise accurate subject–verb agreement, consistent pronouns, articles and complete clause structures before adding more complex sentences.
