Student answer (Band 5.5)
While many people believe that it is very important to accept bad situations, others argue that individuals should try to improve such situations while working. From my point of view, I believe that it is very vital for someone to give his best to solve bad situations as it provides emotional relief as well as enhance daily lifestyle.
On the one hand, some people prefer to accept bad situation as it promotes patience and calmness. For example, an unsatisfactory job can help individuals by providing an experience of employment which will help him to get a satisfactory job in future as many well-established company prefer experience to hire someone. Moreover, individuals can learn to manage their lifestyle according to their earnings. For instance, when someone having a money problem he can learn to handle difficult situation. Furthermore, it teaches the importance of patience and calmness in difficult situations.
On the other hand, many prople try their best to improve their position when they are in a difficult situation as it promotes emotional relief. For example, if someone can get out from a hard situation it gives him emotional support and reduces stress. As a result he can keep him emotionally stable. In addition, it will enhance his daily lifestyle by providing enough money that he can spend on himself. Which eventually helps him to be physically fit.
Although sometime it is best to accept bad situations but most of the timke individuals should try to solve such situations as it has more advantages.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views and state a clear preference for trying to improve difficult circumstances, especially in the opening and conclusion. The examples about gaining work experience and managing limited earnings are relevant to accepting a bad situation, while emotional relief and improved lifestyle support your own view. However, the discussion is only partly developed: the job example does not explain when acceptance is sensible, and the benefits of taking action are asserted rather than explored in detail. The conclusion also says acceptance is sometimes best without explaining the circumstances. Develop each main point with a clearer explanation and make your position consistent throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0
The response has a coherent overall arrangement: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a concluding opinion. Signposting such as “On the one hand,” “On the other hand,” and “Although” helps readers follow the discussion. However, connections between some ideas are mechanical, with repeated “Moreover,” “Furthermore,” and “For example.” Some references are also unclear, as in “Which eventually helps him to be physically fit,” where the link to the preceding point is not smoothly integrated. Improve progression by grouping related explanations and using clearer links between cause, result, and example. Avoid beginning a sentence with “Which” when it depends on the previous clause.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use enough topic-related vocabulary to communicate the main ideas, including “unsatisfactory job,” “employment,” “earnings,” “emotional relief,” and “stress.” However, the range is limited and several words or phrases are repeated, particularly “bad situations,” “difficult situation,” and “improve.” Some choices and collocations are inaccurate or awkward, such as “get out from a hard situation,” “providing enough money that he can spend on himself,” and “prople” and “timke.” These errors sometimes make the intended meaning less precise, although the overall message remains understandable. Build a wider set of natural phrases for discussing financial hardship, job satisfaction, and taking action, and check spelling carefully.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and complex forms, including clauses with “as,” “when,” and “although,” and the main ideas are generally understandable. However, errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence construction remain noticeable. For example, “it provides emotional relief as well as enhance” needs parallel verb forms, while “many well-established company prefer” has a plural agreement problem. “When someone having a money problem” is not a complete, correctly formed clause, and “Which eventually helps him” is an incorrectly separated dependent clause. Work on accurate subject–verb agreement and complete sentence structures, then proofread punctuation and article use. More reliable control of these patterns would make your complex sentences clearer.
