A lot of individuals belive that accepting unsetisfactory job environment and shortage of money is the best solution ,whilst others think that, improving worst situation would provide better result . From my prespactive i belive that , developing job skills and provide good performace can mitigate these problems and will encourgae them to overcome these situation .
To begin with ,job environment plays an important role to job satisfaction . But compititive behavior of coleagues makes the atmosphere of office worsen , so its become difficult for a fresher to cope uo with the job environment . On the other hand shortage of organizations and industries make the job sectors more competative , therefore its become impossible for ones to have more options and switch to another job . For the fear of become unemployed they think its a better decision to do unsatisfactory job and have shortage of money . Bangladesh as an example ,most of the employee become unemployed by office politics in 2021 when corona virus spread world wide .
On the other hand , to improve job unsatisfaction employees need to ehnhance their interpersonal job skills and give their best performence to upgrade their positions . They need to make a good relation with coleagues and seek help when they face difficulties that will improve their correlation .Most of the company in India do not appritiate the good performance of employees that demotivate them .

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views: the first body paragraph explains why people may remain in unsatisfactory work, while the next argues that employees can improve their prospects through skills and performance. Your opinion is stated in the introduction and conclusion, so the response has a relevant central position. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The reasons for accepting a bad situation are not clearly separated from the example about unemployment, and the Bangladesh example does not convincingly show how office politics caused the situation described. The second view focuses mainly on employees’ actions, with little explanation of how these steps could address a shortage of money. Develop each view with a clear reason and a specific, relevant example, and make your position more precise.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a basic essay structure, with an introduction, two body paragraphs presenting contrasting views, and a conclusion. Transitions such as “To begin with” and “On the other hand” help signal the discussion. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow: the first body paragraph moves from workplace competition to a shortage of organisations, unemployment, and then the pandemic example without clearly connecting these points. Some linking phrases are also used mechanically or inaccurately, and the conclusion introduces no clear summary of the two arguments. Organise each body paragraph around one main idea, explain it before adding an example, and use pronouns and linking expressions only when their references are clear.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You attempt vocabulary relevant to employment and workplace relationships, including “job satisfaction,” “interpersonal job skills,” “office politics,” and “unemployed.” This gives the response some topic-specific language, but the range is limited and several spelling and word-choice errors make parts harder to understand. Examples include “belive,” “unsetisfactory,” “compititive,” and “appritiate.” Some combinations are also unnatural, such as “improving worst situation” and “upgrade their positions.” Aim to learn accurate spelling alongside useful collocations, and choose simpler wording when unsure. More precise phrases for job insecurity, workplace conflict, and financial hardship would help express the ideas clearly and avoid repetition.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including a clause beginning “For the fear of become unemployed” and a sentence using “when corona virus spread.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to follow. For example, “its become difficult for a fresher to cope” has problems with the verb form and sentence construction, while “Most of the company … do not appritiate … that demotivate them” has unclear agreement and clause structure. Articles, plurals, and punctuation are also inconsistently controlled, and several sentences contain comma splices or missing sentence boundaries. Practise building accurate subject–verb–object sentences first, then add subordinate clauses and check agreement, tense, and punctuation.
