Student answer (Band 5.0)
Nowadays, unemployment is such a major issue that is faced by all individuals .From the perspective of many people they say that it is better to face a worse conditions such as not having a good work or not having enough money and from opinion of some other people they say that it is good to do hardwork and made remarkable changes in such time.
As the time passses population is increasing and there are very less jobs to do .Many people think that polutation leads to poverty and the job that they are doing is best for them inspite of less salary and not relaxing job. They are happy in their jobs because in nowadays there are not enough job and they ae thinking like that they if they would leave their job then they will not find any other job .They also think that they will not find such staff like that where they are working and they are comfortable in this and not moving to other city or place.
Some people say that if we have not a good job and not enough money to pass our life better than we must do hardwork and find a work that is beneficial because if we are working in a place that is comfortable and relaxing and give more money to meet our requirements than it is best job. From their opinion people must join job that changed their life and in this case their life will be better.
From my perspective i believe that we must join a job that make us feel comfortable, relax and modify our lives and also charge us in best way that all expenses of our life completely covered.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both views: the second paragraph explains why people may stay in insecure or unsatisfactory work, while the third argues that people should seek better employment. Your final paragraph also gives a personal preference for work that improves living conditions. However, the discussion is only partially developed. The first view is mainly explained through fear of unemployment and comfort, while the case for trying to improve a situation is asserted rather than supported with a clear example or consequences. Your position is also not fully consistent: you favour changing jobs, but the conclusion focuses on joining a comfortable, well-paid job without explaining how this relates to accepting or improving a bad situation. State your view clearly and develop each side with specific reasoning.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure, with an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a concluding opinion. This helps the reader identify the main sections. However, progression within paragraphs is often repetitive, particularly in the second paragraph, where several sentences repeat that people fear leaving a job because they may not find another one. Linking is also sometimes mechanical or unclear: repeated phrases such as “they also think” and “from their opinion” do not show the precise relationship between ideas. Some sentences run together without clear punctuation, making the argument harder to follow. Organise each body paragraph around one main reason, then explain it and give an example; use clearer transitions and references to connect ideas.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some vocabulary relevant to employment and living standards, including “unemployment,” “poverty,” “salary,” and “requirements,” so the topic is generally understandable. However, the range is limited and several expressions are inaccurate or unnatural, which sometimes makes the intended meaning difficult to follow. For example, “not relaxing job,” “such staff like that,” and “charge us in best way” do not express the intended ideas clearly. There are also noticeable spelling and word-form errors, such as “polutation,” “passses,” and “hardwork.” Aim for precise collocations and avoid repeating broad words such as “job,” “good,” and “better.” Learning phrases such as “job security,” “financial hardship,” and “seek better employment” would help you express the contrast more accurately.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and longer sentence forms, including conditional structures such as “if they would leave their job then they will not find any other job.” However, complex sentences are often faulty, and frequent errors in agreement, verb forms, articles, and sentence boundaries can make the reader work to understand your meaning. For example, “As the time passses population is increasing” needs a correctly formed verb and clearer punctuation, while “people must join a job that make us feel” has a subject–verb agreement error. The opening also joins clauses awkwardly: “From the perspective of many people they say…” Practise building shorter, accurate sentences first, then combine ideas using controlled clauses. Check verb agreement, tense, articles, and punctuation during revision.
