Some people believe that it is best to accept a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try and improve such situations.
Discuss both views and give your own opinion.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
Both situations are correct on their places but according to me it depends on person to person. Some people have courage , to keep trying, motivating themselves. Where some people quickly give up, never try to improve, blame to their luck, try to accpet the istuation and stick on the same oppertunity for long time.
Although everyone desire to find the job according to their education and filed work so they can make their career strong. but the uncertainity of any country, political issues and kota system creates alots of barriers in their life to build a strong career.
Some people have no choice other than to comparise in their professional life. To provide financial support, they accept the unsatisfactory job and never try to improve in that situation. While on the other hand, some people has courage, passion and potential to look for better option in their life.
In my opinion, although the life is full of scuccees and failure but it is very important that how to keep striving for success with full courage and patience.
In this 21 centure where we have a market will full of competitors and with global issues, it is very difficult to be in that competition and prove yourself. Some times we have to accept the situations and market crisis like shortage of jobs in specific fields due to poltitical issues and economy of that country, However, instead of sticking on that oppurtunity for long term, better to keep pushing and improving your performance to meet the requirements of the job.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You discuss both responses to difficult circumstances and state a personal view: you recognise that some people accept unsatisfactory work because they need to provide financial support, while others keep looking for better options. Your opinion that people should continue striving is also clear in the final paragraph. However, the discussion is only partly developed. The reasons for accepting a situation are more specific than the reasons for trying to improve it, and examples such as political issues and the “quota system” are introduced without explaining how they affect an individual’s choices. The opening claim that it “depends on person to person” also leaves your position less definite than the later paragraphs suggest. Explain each view with a clear reason or example, then state your position consistently.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has a recognisable structure, moving from an introduction to discussion of the two views and then to your opinion. Linking expressions such as “Although,” “While on the other hand,” and “In my opinion” help signal relationships between ideas. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow: the second paragraph shifts from education and career goals to national uncertainty and the quota system without showing the connection clearly. Some transitions are also awkward or repetitive, and the opening sentence does not clearly introduce the two sides. Organise each body paragraph around one view, use a topic sentence, and explain how each supporting point relates to it. Clearer referencing and more precise transitions would make the argument easier to follow.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “unsatisfactory job,” “financial support,” “career,” “competitors,” and “shortage of jobs.” These choices make your general meaning understandable. However, the range is limited and several word-choice, collocation, and spelling errors make the writing less natural, such as “stick on the same opportunity,” “blame to their luck,” “comparise,” and “market will full of competitors.” Repetition of “courage,” “improve,” and “situation” also limits precision. Build a more accurate set of phrases for discussing employment and perseverance, and check spelling and word forms carefully. For example, “remain in the same position” is more natural than “stick on the same opportunity.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including a concession beginning “Although” and a contrast introduced by “While on the other hand.” However, complex structures are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to read. For example, “Some people has courage” has subject–verb disagreement, while “Although everyone desire to find the job” has agreement and article problems. Sentence fragments and punctuation also affect clarity, as in “Where some people quickly give up” and the lower-case “but” after a full stop. Practise building complete sentences with one clear main clause, then add subordinate clauses accurately. Check subject–verb agreement, articles, and sentence boundaries during revision.
