Student answer (Band 5.5)

Some people think that it is good to admit a negative conditions, such asunacceptable jobs or shortage of cash.I strongly agree with this statement and i will explain it with the help of two valid reasons in the for upcoming paragraph.

To commance with, in some situations people can do nothing to sort out negative things because it is not in their hands to overcome this problem.

To eleborate with , accepatance gives mental satisfication and individual gives more attention on those things which are important for them. Sometimes, its good for people to move on in these conditions , it gives people patience and strengh to become strong person in their lives.

For example my cousin's wife left him just because he cannot fulfilled his wishes.

On the other hand, some people argue that it is good to try and improve our selves because if poor people work hard, it can change their lifestyle.

To demonstrate with, some students has low IQ level if it can work hard it can overcome on this problem. To explain with, individual needs to learn from these mistakes and conqured on these situations.

For example:my uncle was very poor person. He worked hard and totally changed his lifestyle.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both perspectives: acceptance is linked to patience and emotional strength, while trying to improve is illustrated through your uncle’s change in circumstances. Your conclusion also gives a mixed view, recognising that some situations can be improved while others may need to be accepted. However, the opening says you “strongly agree” with accepting bad conditions, which does not clearly match the balanced position in the conclusion. Several points are asserted rather than explained; for example, the cousin’s relationship story is not clearly connected to accepting an unsatisfactory job or financial hardship. Make your opinion consistent from introduction to conclusion, and develop each view with a directly relevant explanation and example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5

The response has an identifiable introduction, separate discussion of the two views, and a conclusion, so the reader can follow its broad structure. You also use signposts such as “On the other hand” and “For example.” However, progression within paragraphs is often unclear, and several linking phrases sound mechanical or do not show the relationship between ideas: “To elaborate with” and “To explain with” are repeated without adding clear organisation. The examples sometimes interrupt the argument rather than support the preceding point. Use one focused paragraph for each view, connect each explanation directly to its example, and use simpler, accurate transitions. Clearer referencing would also help readers understand what “this problem” and “these conditions” refer to.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You use some relevant vocabulary for the topic, including “shortage of cash,” “acceptance,” “patience,” and “lifestyle,” and you attempt to express abstract ideas about resilience and improvement. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate, which sometimes makes the meaning difficult to follow. Examples include “admit a negative conditions,” “mental satisfication,” and “conqured on these situations.” Spelling errors such as “commance,” “eleborate,” and “accepatance” are also noticeable. Build a bank of accurate topic phrases and check spelling and word forms carefully. Prefer natural expressions such as “accept a difficult situation,” “financial hardship,” and “overcome a challenge” over translated or improvised combinations.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including clauses beginning with “because” and “if,” but control is inconsistent. Errors in agreement and verb forms appear in “some students has low IQ level” and “he cannot fulfilled his wishes”; articles and sentence construction are also problematic in “become a independent person.” Some sentences run together or lack clear punctuation, as in “To demonstrate with, some students…” These errors can make the reader pause to interpret your meaning. Practise building accurate basic sentences first, then add subordinate clauses. Check subject–verb agreement, verb forms after modal verbs, articles, and sentence boundaries during proofreading.
