Student answer (Band 5.5)

Human may be fell into any kinds of trouble without any indications because situation can not be predicted. According to some individual , acceptance of an unfortunate event is the good decision for example a unpleasent service or scarcity of cashes and other people believe that to give out best shot and survive those conditions. This essay is going to describe both of the viewpoints and according to my consideration all people should should try their best in order to get rid of their painful at any cost.

To begin with , people fortune can not control by themselves, so they may be easily fell into any sorts of trouble. Some peole believe it is best to cope with situation. As a result , if anyone failed to find any jobs that are suitable or do not have proper money , they thought they have lack of skills. Another factor should be noted that, there are some constitution from the old generation and they believe that fortune is fixed and not possible to change. Because of that , many people do not take any measures and fail to achieve their ultimate goal. For an example, a student getting bad grades in the exam with a long term prepartion and finally lose all hopes .

First and forsemost, though we can not control our fate but we all should try to make the situation better. As all people know that hard work pay off always so , if any one have a finalcial issue or do not get any suitable they should try until end. As a consequence they may reach their ultimate final destination real soon. A further consideration is that, life is not a piece of cake and without proper hard work people can not change their life. In addition, they are not quickly loss hope if they try their better and for achieve a peaceful life life all must be industries. For instance, the people who are beccome rich are not achieve that positon one day, they struggle every steps of life and finally succeed.

In conclusion, I strongly believe from my heart that quicly losing hope and completely rely on fate not a ideal option and we all should face all sorts of trouble to shine in our life. Overall, it is not a good decison to accept bad situation , all should try and improve their siutations.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both views and state a clear preference for trying to improve difficult circumstances, especially in the introduction and conclusion. The discussion of acceptance includes possible beliefs about limited control and fixed fortune, while the second body paragraph argues that effort can lead to improvement. However, several points are asserted rather than explained: the link between failing to find suitable work and believing one lacks skills is unclear, and the example of a student with poor grades does not clearly illustrate accepting a bad situation. The argument that hard work leads to success is also broad and would benefit from a more specific explanation. Develop each view more directly and support it with examples closely tied to jobs or financial hardship.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 6.0

The response has a recognisable overall structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. Signposts such as “To begin with,” “First and foremost,” and “In conclusion” help readers follow the intended progression. However, some linking is mechanical or unclear, and several sentences do not connect smoothly to the point before them. For example, the discussion moves from people lacking suitable jobs to a claim about lacking skills, then to beliefs about fate, without clearly showing how these ideas relate. The student example also interrupts the focus on accepting hardship. Use fewer formulaic transitions and make the relationship between each claim and its supporting example explicit; clearer paragraph-level progression would strengthen the essay.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “scarcity,” “cope with,” “fate,” and “ultimate goal,” and the reader can generally identify your main ideas. However, the range is limited by repeated general terms such as “situation,” “people,” and “try,” while inaccurate word choice and collocation sometimes make meaning difficult to follow. Phrases such as “give out best shot,” “final destination,” and “industries” do not express the intended ideas naturally; spelling errors such as “prepartion” and “positon” also reduce accuracy. Build a more precise set of expressions for employment and financial difficulty, and check whether each phrase is idiomatic in context. This would make your arguments clearer and more flexible.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0

You attempt both simple and complex sentences, including clauses introduced by “because,” “so,” and “though.” However, control is inconsistent, and errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, articles, and plurals frequently make the writing difficult to read. For example, “Human may be fell” has an incorrect verb construction, while “hard work pay off always” lacks subject–verb agreement. In “people fortune can not control by themselves,” the sentence structure and passive form are faulty. There are also run-on or awkwardly joined clauses, as in “though we can not control our fate but we all should try.” Practise accurate basic sentence patterns first, then build complex sentences with correct clause links and verb forms.
