Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 4.5
You state a clear preference for improving difficult circumstances, and you include a paragraph about people who remain in unsatisfactory jobs or face financial hardship. However, the discussion of accepting a bad situation is not clearly explained: the first body paragraph describes hardship and its effects, but does not give reasons why someone might choose to accept it. The argument for improvement is also brief and relies mainly on studying to obtain a better job and the possible benefit to the country. To develop the response more fully, explain both viewpoints directly, give specific reasons or examples for each, and make your opinion consistent and clear throughout.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.0
The response has an introduction, two body paragraphs signalled by “On the other hand,” and a conclusion, so the reader can identify its broad structure. However, progression within paragraphs is often difficult to follow. The first body paragraph moves from jobs and money to daily expenses, health, and poverty without clearly showing how these points support accepting a bad situation. Linking phrases such as “because of this” are repeated, and some sentences combine several ideas without clear connections. Organise each paragraph around one viewpoint, then use clear topic sentences and more precise links between the reason, example, and result.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “shortage of money,” “mental and physical health,” “poverty,” and “economy.” However, the range is limited and several inaccurate or repetitive expressions make meaning less clear, such as “in fever” for supporting a view, “beneficial job,” and “good place.” Spelling errors including “sitauatiin,” “surving,” and “acheived” also reduce accuracy. Aim to use common topic vocabulary precisely and check spelling; avoid repeating “good” and “bad” when a more specific description is available. More accurate collocations would make your ideas easier to understand.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5
You attempt both simple and longer sentences, but control is limited and errors frequently affect clarity. For example, “It is considerable debate between two groups” is missing an article and a suitable sentence structure, while “I am totally fever in the second group is in bad situation” contains several problems with clause construction. Subject–verb agreement and verb forms are also inconsistent, as in “they will be acheived it” and “people should improve their sitauatiin.” Punctuation and capitalisation are unreliable, particularly after commas and within sentences. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then connect them with subordinate clauses, checking articles, agreement, and verb patterns.
