Student answer (Band 5.5)
Some would argue to accept a bad situation, for example unsatisfactory job or shortage of money, while others think to try and improve such situations. Sometimes, it is better to accept the worse situation because there is no other way left. If the situation can be handelled, it is obviously better to improve the situation.
On the one side, Life is full of zigzag, the transition from good condition to worse can happen at any time. It is a part of life, one who obtained this lesson, he will never have to look behind. So, it is better to accept an accident rather than cry for it for the rest of life. For example, many youths are failing to get a minimum job and they are accepting it because there is no other way. It is to be believe that failure is a part of life. However, I would choose to improve such situation and improve the condition of life.
On the other side, many people are trying their best to develop their financial and health condition by working hard. Motivation can help a person to try again and have some hope for better time. To keep oneself motivated, it is essential to take inspiration from experienced one. Fate of human depends on how actively they work for themselves. Despite, being sad for the loss, people are trying hard with hope for future. For instance, a king named robert who lose the war for 6th times, later by get motivated by a spider, he tried again and won the war at 7th time.
In conclusion, being depressed for worse condition is not a solution. So, I believe to have hope and work again for improved condition.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views and give a clear preference for trying to improve difficult circumstances, especially in the opening and conclusion. The discussion of acceptance is relevant, with the point that some people have “no other way,” and the examples of job-seeking youths and Robert illustrate the two positions. However, the ideas remain general and are not always fully explained: the claim that accepting an accident means one “will never have to look behind” is unclear, and the example of youths accepting unemployment does not show why acceptance is beneficial. Develop each view with a clearer reason and explain how each example supports it. Your own position is present, but it would be stronger if stated consistently and justified in more detail.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs for the two views, and a conclusion. Phrases such as “On the one side,” “On the other side,” and “In conclusion” help signal the stages of the discussion. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes difficult to follow because ideas are linked mechanically or their relationship is unclear. For example, “Despite, being sad for the loss” does not connect smoothly to the preceding point, and the shift from accepting a bad situation to “cry for it” is abrupt. Some references, such as “this lesson” and “such situation,” are also vague. Use clearer topic sentences and connect each example explicitly to the point it illustrates.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.5
You use a range of relevant vocabulary, including “unsatisfactory,” “motivation,” “inspiration,” and “financial and health condition,” so the main ideas can generally be understood. There are also attempts at less common expressions, such as “transition from good condition to worse.” However, word choice and collocation are often inaccurate or unnatural, which limits precision: “Life is full of zigzag,” “develop their financial and health condition,” and “better time” do not express the intended ideas naturally. Spelling errors such as “handelled” and “believe” also reduce control. Aim to learn vocabulary in common word partnerships and check spelling; more natural phrasing would make your argument clearer without requiring more complex words.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.5
You attempt both simple and more complex sentences, including conditional forms such as “If the situation can be handelled…” and a relative clause beginning “one who obtained this lesson.” This shows some range, but control is inconsistent, and errors sometimes make the meaning harder to follow. Examples include “one who obtained this lesson, he will never have to look behind,” where the clause structure is faulty, and “a king named robert who lose the war for 6th times,” where the verb form and sentence construction need correction. There are also problems with articles, agreement, and punctuation. Practise building accurate sentences with one main clause and a clearly attached supporting clause, then check verb forms and sentence boundaries.
