Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response covers all parts of the task by summarizing the main features of both the bar chart and the table. You successfully identified the highest and lowest categories and made relevant comparisons between the two years. However, the report could be improved by providing more precise data points; for instance, stating '60 millions and slightly above' is vague when the chart provides specific values. Additionally, ensure that all data is accurately represented; you mentioned the agriculture sector remained the same, but the table indicates a 0% change, which is correct, yet more analytical depth regarding the relationship between export value and percentage growth would elevate the response.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is logically organized with a clear introduction, overview, and body paragraphs. You use some cohesive devices such as 'Looking first at', 'In contrast', and 'Turning to the table' to guide the reader. However, the flow is occasionally interrupted by mechanical phrasing, such as 'At last, agriculture sector remained seme'. The use of referencing is generally clear, but the transition between the bar chart data and the table data could be smoother to create a more cohesive narrative rather than treating them as two separate lists of facts.

Lexical Resource — Band 6.0

You demonstrate an adequate range of vocabulary for the task, using terms like 'contributed', 'considerable increase', and 'percentage change'. However, there are several instances of awkward word choice and minor spelling errors, such as 'majorily' (mainly), 'increament' (increment), and 'seme' (same). Some phrasing is slightly unnatural, such as 'Textiles expressed lowest numbers'. To reach a higher band, focus on using more precise collocations and ensuring accurate spelling of common academic terms. The range is sufficient to convey meaning, but lacks the flexibility and precision required for higher bands.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 6.0

The response uses a mix of simple and complex sentence structures. While the meaning is generally clear, there are frequent grammatical errors, particularly with articles ('the bar chart', 'the agriculture sector') and punctuation (e.g., '2015 and 2016. While, the table...'). Some sentences are fragmented or lack proper verb agreement, such as 'Petroleum products recorded highest figure, of 60 millions'. These errors do not impede communication, but they occur frequently enough to prevent a higher score. Focusing on subject-verb agreement and the correct use of articles would significantly improve the accuracy of your writing.
