Student answer (Band 5.5)
Nature gives lot of precious things to us. few people think that the environmental problem of our time is the loss of particular breeds of plants and animals. Rest of the people say that there are more crucial environmental problems. I shall discuss about both views on it and give my opinion in upcoming paragraphs.
To commence with, some individuals think that the major nature drawbacks of our time is the loss of some creatures and the species of plants because of hunting and consuming, few people are interesting in hunting birds, and they killed them and sell their parts in the market for their profits. Although, non-veg consuming levels is increasing day by day, half of the world prefer non-veg in their daily basis of diet, moreover, for it millions of animals lost their life.
On the other hand, other masses thinks that these are more environmental problems like air pollution, land pollution and water pollution, although, it is cause by the waste of accomodations and the industrial materials. Nowadays the use of plastic becomes necessary for everyone which cause the groups of negative impacts on land and water bodies because plastic never get dissolve, if anyone try to finish it, it cause air pollution also.
In my opinion, these are many other types of problems from pollution in our environment, people use vehicles for their minor works which is uncessary and the transportation cause air pollution, and also the sound of the vehicles increases the noise pollution.
To the conclusion, everyone has their own thinking and mindset but nature provide us lot of beneficial things which makes our survival easy, and it is our responsibility to take care of it and revive it.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.5
The response addresses both views and provides an opinion, but the development is inconsistent. While you mention the loss of species and pollution, the arguments are somewhat superficial. For instance, the discussion on hunting is brief and lacks specific examples or depth. Your opinion is stated in the conclusion but is not integrated well into the body paragraphs. To improve, ensure each paragraph has a clear topic sentence and provides more detailed supporting evidence or logical reasoning to fully develop your points. The task is addressed, but the depth of analysis is limited, which is characteristic of a band 5.5 or 6.0 level.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.5
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, 'To commence with' is used, but the transition between ideas within paragraphs is sometimes abrupt. Referencing is occasionally unclear, such as in the phrase 'these are more environmental problems', where the connection to the previous paragraph is weak. Improving the variety and accuracy of linking words and ensuring that each paragraph focuses on a single, well-connected idea would significantly enhance the flow and coherence of your writing.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.5
Your vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks precision and variety. You rely on basic terms like 'nature drawbacks' and 'precious things', which are not always used in a natural way. There are also some issues with word choice, such as 'non-veg consuming levels' instead of 'meat consumption'. To reach a higher band, try to incorporate more academic collocations and precise terminology related to environmental issues, such as 'biodiversity loss', 'industrial waste', or 'sustainable practices'. Avoid repetitive phrasing and focus on using words that accurately convey your intended meaning.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
There is a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but the accuracy is inconsistent. You frequently make errors with articles ('the loss of particular breeds'), subject-verb agreement ('other masses thinks'), and verb tense ('they killed them'). Additionally, there are punctuation and word-form errors, such as 'uncessary' and 'if anyone try to finish it'. While these errors do not completely impede communication, they are frequent enough to distract the reader. Focusing on basic grammatical accuracy, particularly with pluralization and verb forms, will help improve your score.
