Student answer (Band 5.0)
It has been observed that, there are ongoinng debate regarding issue of ecosystem has two contrasting perspactives. Many people argue that, the core challenge for environment in this generation is the extinction of specific breeds of plants and creatures. While other claim that; apart from that, there are several essential environmental problems are available. Both sides offer valid arguments. My inclination is described in upcoming paragraphs with valid reasons and appropriate arguments.
Initially, on the one hand, supporters of former view argue that ecosystem is in danger because of extiction of plants and animals. This is because, The natural resourses complete human's lives. They are crucial they help us in day to day life such as by giving nutrients, in grooming, helping us in health related issues. If they not exist on earth, there would be very difficult for survival of humans. A clear example of this is,paneer we consume in daily life contains 60% adultration. This is because less environment resourses. This leads to health isssues.
Furthermore, on the other hand, those who oppose this idea believe that despite of creatures and greenery, there are numerous factors are available as an environmental problems like global warming, green house effects, air pollutions. These all are significant. The main reason is rapid industrilisation. In continuaous developement of factories and emmision of their chemicals in environment which affect in atmosphear and organisam lives via creation pollution. For instance, because of using electronic utencils and machineray it affects on ozon layer subsequently, it cause excessive heat, less raining, skin disease. Which effectively illustrate this viewpoint.
In conclusion extinction of trees and creatures had negative affect in environment. Despite both sides present reasonable arguments, i firmly believe that industrialisation affects more then animal and plants in ecosystem.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 5.0
The response addresses all parts of the task by discussing both views—that the loss of specific species is the main environmental problem, and that other issues are more significant—while also providing a personal opinion in the conclusion. The position is generally clear throughout the essay. However, the ideas are somewhat limited and under-developed, particularly in the body paragraphs. For instance, the argument about plants providing nutrients to humans is supported by an unclear and confusing example regarding 'paneer we consume in daily life contains 60% adultration,' which lacks logical connection to the main premise. Similarly, the second body paragraph lists global warming and air pollution but struggles to fully explain how they outweigh species extinction. While all prompt requirements are met, the depth of argumentation aligns best with Band 5.0.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 5.0
The essay displays some organizational structure, with a clear introduction, two body paragraphs, and a conclusion, though the transitions and progression are frequently hindered by awkward phrasing. Cohesive devices are attempted, but phrases like 'Initially, on the one hand, supporters of former view' and 'Furthermore, on the other hand, those who oppose this idea' create mechanical and sometimes confusing links. Paragraphing is used to separate ideas, but the overall progression of thought lacks smoothness and clarity. Referencing is occasionally unclear, such as the pronoun use in the conclusion ('affects more then animal and plants'). These issues place the response at Band 5.0 for Coherence and Cohesion.
Lexical Resource — Band 5.0
The vocabulary used is limited and contains numerous errors in word choice, spelling, and word formation. Examples include 'ongoinng' (ongoing), 'perspactives' (perspectives), 'extiction' (extinction), 'resourses' (resources), 'adultration' (adulteration), 'isssues' (issues), 'industrilisation' (industrialisation), 'continuaous' (continuous), 'developement' (development), 'emmision' (emission), 'atmosphear' (atmosphere), 'organisam' (organism), 'utencils' (utensils), and 'machineray' (machinery). While the writer attempts some less common vocabulary related to the environment, the high frequency of spelling and lexical errors restricts communication at times and places the lexical resource at a Band 4.5, rounded to 5.0 based on positive achievement.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.0
The writer attempts a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but control is weak. There are frequent grammatical errors throughout the text, such as missing articles ('issue of ecosystem'), incorrect verb forms ('there are ongoinng debate', 'there are several essential environmental problems are available', 'If they not exist'), and punctuation errors. Complex sentence attempts are frequently faulty and can cause difficulty for the reader, particularly in sentences overloaded with structural confusion like 'The main reason is rapid industrilisation. In continuaous developement of factories and emmision of their chemicals in environment which affect in atmosphear and organisam lives via creation pollution.' These persistent errors across basic and complex structures indicate a Band 5.0 level.
