Student answer (Band 5.0)
Enviromental change has become crucial debate in these days. Many individuals say that the main envirometal issue of oour time is the loss of specific species of plants and animals. While, some argued that there ar some importal enviromental problems. I partialy agree with this statment it not causes of our time but it more effect by climate chage or habitas issues.
On the one hand, individuals believed that main issue is enviromental and or our time where some species of plants and animals losses. Firstly, lost of species of plant causes some mans which handle the forest they cut the trees and sale it in the market to get some money but they do not know which effect occurs for this type of fraud. Furthermore, in forest their they kill the animals to save indiviuals forest lives , mentioned in articles alot of animals exforted to other countries to get more money. For instance, people cut the trees which main causes lose of habitas in forest and miany spcies moved from forest toother places. Therefore, citizens think about it and apply some rules to save and protect them.
On the other hand, Many individuals believe that environmental change is main cause the loss of species and animals. In addition. sure climate change effect the some speices lives and effect on animals. Nowadays, individuals argued thats lost of weathers such as winter are not to long these days if we compare it in past winter must be comes for 6 month but now only 1 to 2 months which animals lies on weather it cause the diseases and death of animals. For example, some animal lives in summer longer than winter when snow comes it cpvers the food and animals don't have enough souce to eat something it is the main reaso the lost of animals and some species.
In conclusion, environmental problem can causes of animals and species loss such ha no enough home and habitats where they survive.Although, climate change can also cause the death or loss of wildlife.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5
You address both views by discussing species loss and then climate-related threats, and your conclusion indicates that both habitat loss and climate change endanger wildlife. However, the position is not fully clear: “I partialy agree” is followed by an unclear explanation, and the essay does not clearly state which environmental problem you consider more important. Some relevant ideas are present, such as deforestation removing habitats and changing seasons affecting animals, but the explanations and examples remain general or confusing. The second body paragraph also shifts from the view that other environmental problems are more important to describing climate change mainly as a cause of species loss. Make the comparison explicit and develop each side with a clear reason and a specific, accurately explained example.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, two body paragraphs beginning “On the one hand” and “On the other hand,” and a conclusion. This helps the reader identify the two perspectives. However, progression within paragraphs is uneven, and several links between ideas are unclear. For example, the first body paragraph moves from tree cutting to killing animals and then to rules, without clearly explaining how each point supports the view. Connectors such as “Furthermore,” “Therefore,” and “In addition” are used, but they sometimes signal relationships that are not fully established. The conclusion repeats the topic rather than resolving the comparison. Use a clearer sequence—claim, explanation, example—and make references such as “it” and “them” unambiguous.
Lexical Resource: Band 4.5
You attempt vocabulary relevant to the topic, including “species,” “habitats,” “climate change,” “deforestation” (expressed as cutting trees), and “protect.” This gives the response some topic-specific language. However, the range is limited and many spelling errors or inaccurate word choices make parts difficult to understand, such as “enviromental,” “habitas,” “exforted,” and “souce.” Some phrases are also unnatural or imprecise: “lost of weathers” appears to mean changing seasons, while “forest lives” does not clearly express the intended idea. Build a reliable set of environmental collocations and check spelling carefully. Prefer precise phrases such as “loss of habitat,” “wildlife populations,” and “extreme weather” over repeated or unclear wording.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You use some simple sentences and attempt longer structures, including a contrast with “While” and a conditional comparison beginning “if we compare it in past.” However, complex sentences are often incomplete or difficult to follow, and errors in sentence structure, verb forms, agreement, and articles occur throughout. For example, “I partialy agree with this statment it not causes of our time” joins ideas without a clear grammatical connection, while “some species of plants and animals losses” has an incorrect verb form. The sentence about winter lasting six months also needs clearer tense and clause structure. Practise writing one complete main clause at a time, then add subordinate clauses with accurate punctuation. Review subject–verb agreement and past-versus-present forms.
