Student answer (Band 5.0)
It is certainly true that individuals have different frame to refference to undertand the perspectives about modern environmental problems. Some argure that in recent era the main cause is loss of particular species of plants and animals, As there are lot of factors participating for this.Other often argue that there are are certain other crucial factors causing environmental disadvantages. For instance increaing number of cars and other resources.
On one hand, the those who consider that decresing no of various plants and several animals are the biggest issue of the recent times. As humans are cutting differents varites of plants and tress to having space for housing; although, increasing number of population is a main cause. For instance, we can use the example of different europiens countries. They made policies to control their population.
However, other believe that they are some other crucial factors including pollution which is the one of the biggest cause of all. And the main reason behind this is the increaing no of cars and factories , as people dont use public transport more often. We have many recent examples of countries including china who are moving towards electric vechiels for the sake of our environment and its also environment friendly.
I believe that the second factor of public usage of cars and factories are the main cause of this certain issue. We need to make strict rules for these kind of issues specially, our main focus should be encourage the general public to use public transport other than there private sources.
To sum up with, these issues could be reduse with the help of modren techonologes particularly, by using electric vechies. Also family planing is important to control the population so less burden of housing.

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.0
You address both views and state a preference for the second, identifying species loss and pollution from cars and factories as competing concerns. The response also offers relevant measures, such as public transport, electric vehicles and family planning. However, the discussion is only partial: the effects of losing species are not explained, and the example of European countries controlling population is not clearly connected to protecting plants and animals. The pollution argument is also asserted rather than supported with a specific consequence or developed example. Your position becomes clear in “I believe that the second factor,” but the opening and conclusion do not fully clarify why this is the more important problem. Develop each view with a clear cause-and-effect explanation and make examples directly support your argument.
Coherence and Cohesion: Band 5.5
The response has a recognisable structure: an introduction, separate paragraphs beginning “On one hand” and “However,” a statement of opinion, and a conclusion. This helps the reader identify the two sides. However, progression within paragraphs is sometimes unclear, and several linking expressions are awkward or repetitive, including “For instance” and “And the main reason behind this.” The opening sentence is difficult to follow, while the conclusion introduces family planning without clearly linking it to the preceding argument. Some references, such as “this certain issue” and “these issues,” are vague. To improve, give each paragraph one central point, connect supporting explanations explicitly, and use precise references rather than relying on general phrases.
Lexical Resource: Band 5.0
You use relevant topic vocabulary, including “pollution,” “public transport,” “factories,” “population,” and “electric vehicles,” so the reader can follow the general subject. However, the range is limited and several word choices or collocations are inaccurate or unclear, such as “different frame to refference,” “environmental disadvantages,” and “public usage of cars.” Frequent spelling errors—including “refference,” “vechiels,” and “modren”—also make the writing less fluent and can distract the reader. Aim for precise environmental terms and check spelling carefully. For example, describe species as “declining” or “threatened,” and explain that vehicle emissions contribute to air pollution rather than referring generally to “environmental disadvantages.”
Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 5.0
You attempt some complex structures, including clauses introduced by “As” and “although,” and use a range of sentence types. However, these attempts are often faulty, and errors occur frequently enough to make some sentences difficult to interpret. For example, “As humans are cutting …; although, increasing number of population is a main cause” combines clauses incorrectly and lacks clear grammatical relationships. There are also problems with agreement and articles in “there are are certain other crucial factors” and “the one of the biggest cause,” as well as sentence-boundary and punctuation issues. Practise building accurate simple sentences first, then add one subordinate clause at a time. Check subject–verb agreement, articles, and whether each sentence forms a complete grammatical unit.
