Minority of people thinks that music is a better source of bringing people of different ages and cultures together. Although, I agree the given statement to a large extent. My inclination is elaborating paragraph and relevant examples.

Most people thought that music is not a only source to bring people of different ages and cultures together. They thought there many other factors mainly like travelling to explore world is also a better source of exchanging cultures and meeting people of different ages. In contrast, I agree to a large extent that music is a best way of gathering of different ages and cultures people. Because music instrument sound has no language people of different culture enjoy sound of any culture's music. For example, Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan has a great fan base of different type of culture and ages people.

Futhermore, the music bring different generations together. Older and younger people enjoy certain type of music. while, Traditional songs can be shared by older with a younger generation, On the other hand, the modern songs encourage older people to find out the interest of younger. In addition, the music promotes the cultural understanding. Foreign music promote their culture to other culture's people, Concert bring different background people together. this increase respect for different cultures. For example, Pakistani Music Industries songs listen by different type of nations like by Indian and Bangladeshi people that help understand each others culture.

To conclude the conclusion, I already discussed at a large extent I agree the given statement above, From my perspective, music is better way to promote our culture in different countries and making music to make together different ages of people.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0

The response addresses the prompt by expressing a clear opinion on the role of music in bridging cultural and age gaps. However, the development is inconsistent. While you provide examples like Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and the Pakistani music industry, the explanation of how these bridge gaps is somewhat superficial. The introduction is slightly confusing, as the opening sentence contradicts your stated position. To improve, ensure your thesis statement is clear from the start and focus on extending your arguments with more depth rather than just listing examples. The conclusion is also repetitive and lacks a strong summary of the main points discussed.

Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0

The essay is organised into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, 'Although, I agree' is grammatically incorrect as a transition, and 'To conclude the conclusion' is redundant. Referencing is sometimes unclear, such as in the second paragraph where the shift between 'most people' and your own view is abrupt. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words more naturally and ensure that each paragraph has a clear, singular focus that flows logically from the previous one.

Lexical Resource — Band 5.5

You have a sufficient range of vocabulary to communicate your ideas, but the control is limited. There are several instances of awkward phrasing and word choice errors, such as 'music instrument sound has no language' instead of 'music is a universal language' and 'making music to make together different ages'. You rely on basic descriptors like 'good' or 'better' rather than more precise academic vocabulary. To improve, try to learn collocations—words that naturally go together—and avoid repeating the same phrases throughout the essay.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5

The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent errors in grammar and punctuation that occasionally impede clarity. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('Minority of people thinks'), missing articles ('explore world'), and incorrect preposition usage. Additionally, sentence fragments and run-on sentences occur, such as 'While, Traditional songs can be shared...'. To improve, focus on basic grammatical accuracy, particularly with pluralisation and article usage, and ensure that your complex sentences are punctuated correctly to avoid confusion.
