In 1920, the park has two entrance one at the northern side of the park facing Arnold avenue and the other at the southern part of the park facing Eldon street. The fountain is located at the middle of the park in between both entrance. At the far left hand side of the park is situated two seats and two rose garden directly opposite to each other and in between them is the stage for musicians. Further at the right hand side of the map is located one seat and below it is a glasshouse beside the entrance from Eldon street. At the top
