The plans below show a public park when it first opened in 1920 and the same park today.

Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.

Student answer (Band 5.0)

The plan illustrate the changes that have taken place in grange park between 1920 and the present day.

Overall, they have a little changes in present firstly in 1920, they made stage for musicians and in present plan their was a amphitheatre for concerts.In 1920's plan thier was a little fountain on other hand in present plan they modified the fountain and made a rose garden and sitting arrangement also they modified.In 1920 there was also a rose garden near entrance but now they replace to fountain and the other rose garden is beside to the amphitheatre according to present plan. In previous plan there were a glass house and in present plan they modified glass house into a water feature Opposite the Glass house there were a pond for water plants, so in present plan they removed this and develop children's play area and cafe. in present plan they also arrange a car parking area in underground.
