The plans below show a public park when it first opened in 1920 and the same park today.
Summarise the information by selecting and reporting the main features, and make comparisons where relevant.
Student answer (Band 5.0)
The plan highlighted the changes to GRANGE PARK from 1920 to today. It showcased the reconstruction of sites belonging to GRANGE PARK. Looking at the First site of the park, there are two entrances in both the North and south directions of the park.
The first entrance belongs to Arnold Avenue, and another is located on the opposite side is still in the same site. The rose garden on the right side near the Pond for Plantation by water, which was rebuilt as a cafe and Children's Playground, has been shifted to the centre, with seats on all sides as seen, separated in 1920. The rose garden on the left side from the upward entrance is still there as it was. However, Tee third rose garden near the stage for musicians was completed digged for the Amphitheater.
A glasshouse is marked as available on the face toward Eldon Street replaced by a water feature nowadays, with an entrance for underground car parking. Conversely, the stage for musicians is now rebuilt as an Amphitheater for concerts.
