Student answer (Band 5.0)

Few institutions students want to learn other subjects in plus to own main subjects . others think it is a more crucial to provide all their focus and time to studying for degree qualification. in my opinion we should learn new books with main qualification subjects because we get familiar with other subjects and leran new things that why our knowlegde increases and get basic informations about them for example my main subjects is zoology and with these information basic knowledge of computers and it related subjects and next main era is artificial intelligence and robotics innovation would dominated world while other ideas is gives all concentration on main subjects and topics and dont waste your time other unnecessary subjects while some extents this idea not bad we agree with them we gives all your own time on main subjects because we obtain more gpa and marks so furthermore becomes more professional and get best jobs in contrast we also learn new basic things which may help in new advanced generation and compete world for example , it is era of technology and digital creators so we gives focus on best skills which may enhance our knowledge and get handsome amount of revenue and supports family so we become multi tasks people which may increase our efficiency and brainstorming process moreover we get new skills which in return get benefit from in future . at the end , my opinion is that we get intensions on multiple process we become more hardworking .

obtain more revenue used these best suitable skills . if we get no professional jobs unluckly , so we have another options to get money and supports family

Task Achievement / Task Response: Band 5.5

You address both views and state a preference for learning additional subjects, so the response is relevant to the question. You also give examples, including your interest in zoology, computers, artificial intelligence and robotics, and the possibility of using extra skills to earn income. However, the discussion is only partly developed: the benefits of broader study are repeated, while the case for concentrating on a qualification is mainly that it may lead to better marks and jobs. Your position is present but becomes difficult to follow when you also endorse focusing on main subjects. Explain how you weigh the two approaches and develop each view with a clearer reason and example.

Coherence and Cohesion: Band 4.5

There is an attempt to move from the view favouring additional subjects to the view favouring specialisation, and phrases such as “for example,” “in contrast” and “at the end” signal relationships between ideas. However, the response is presented as one long paragraph, and its progression is difficult to follow. Several points are joined together without clear boundaries, while “moreover” and “so” sometimes introduce ideas whose connection is unclear. The conclusion also repeats earlier claims rather than clearly summarising the comparison. Use separate paragraphs for the two views and your opinion, and make each paragraph develop one main point with clear links between sentences.

Lexical Resource: Band 5.0

You attempt topic-related vocabulary, including “qualification,” “professional,” “artificial intelligence,” “robotics” and “efficiency.” These choices show an effort to discuss education and future work, but the range is limited and many expressions are inaccurate or unnatural, which sometimes makes the meaning hard to interpret. Examples include “main era,” “multi tasks people,” “get intensions on multiple process” and “handsome amount of revenue.” Spelling errors such as “leran,” “knowlegde” and “unluckly” also reduce clarity. Build a more reliable set of collocations for academic study and employment, and check spelling and word forms before submitting.

Grammatical Range and Accuracy: Band 4.5

The response attempts to connect ideas in longer sentences, but sentence structures are limited and these attempts often contain errors that make relationships between ideas unclear. For example, “my main subjects is zoology” has a subject–verb agreement problem, and “we get familiar with other subjects and leran new things that why our knowlegde increases” lacks the grammatical connection needed between its clauses. Articles, plurals and verb forms are also inconsistent, as in “a more crucial” and “we gives.” Punctuation and sentence boundaries need attention: much of the response runs together, with inconsistent capitalisation and spacing. Practise writing shorter, complete sentences first, then combine them accurately using conjunctions.
