Student answer (Band 6.0)
Some Bachelor students want to learn about the main courses rather than the other subjects. And some other students believe to all the time for the main courses of the degree. In my perspective students should also learn about the other subjects of the main courses.
It is often argued that some people want to learn about the other subjects. While others believe that all the attention is only degree. On the one hand, many pupils believe that there is also some extra thing learn to be for their future. This is mainly because their knowledge will be enhance, and more extra skills will be developed. Furthermore, there is a good thing for students to improve their practical skills and also extra knowledge will be gained. For Instance, many students also doing their bachelor degree and in the mid of the degree they would start another course to learn different things, like Digital marketing and online marketing etc. On the other hand, Other argues that it is more important to give all the time for their degree. They believe this because of all the attention gave to the their studies due to their higher performance in their department. They will not doing any work during the courses. They were all the focus on the main subjects. I agree this perspective because this is the good thing for university students. Moreover, all the efforts put their students into the qualification they will not destroy them in seeking due to another work. In my opinion this approach offers greater long-term benefits.
In conclusion, although, both views have their own merits. I believe that some students also want to learn about other subjects rather than main courses because the knowledge will boost.

Task Achievement / Task Response — Band 6.0
The response addresses both views and provides an opinion, though the position is inconsistent. In the body paragraphs, you argue for the benefits of learning extra subjects, but then state 'I agree this perspective' when discussing the opposing view of focusing solely on the degree. This contradiction makes your overall stance unclear. While you provide some relevant ideas, such as skill development and academic performance, the development is somewhat repetitive and lacks depth. To improve, ensure your opinion is clearly stated in the introduction and consistently supported throughout the essay without contradicting yourself in the conclusion.
Coherence and Cohesion — Band 6.0
The essay is organized into paragraphs, which helps the reader follow the structure. However, the use of cohesive devices is often mechanical or inaccurate. For example, 'In my perspective' is used instead of 'In my opinion,' and 'Other argues' is grammatically incorrect. The transition between ideas is sometimes abrupt, and the logical flow is hindered by repetitive phrasing. To reach a higher band, focus on using a wider variety of linking words (e.g., 'consequently,' 'furthermore,' 'conversely') more naturally and ensure that referencing (e.g., 'they,' 'this') clearly points back to the intended subject.
Lexical Resource — Band 6.0
The vocabulary is generally adequate for the task but lacks the precision and range required for higher bands. You rely on basic terms like 'good thing' and 'extra thing,' which are repetitive and imprecise. There are also issues with word choice, such as 'knowledge will be enhance' (should be 'enhanced') and 'destroy them in seeking' (which is unclear). To improve, try to incorporate more academic collocations and precise terminology related to education and professional development. Avoid repeating the same words in close proximity.
Grammatical Range and Accuracy — Band 5.5
The essay contains a mix of simple and complex sentence structures, but there are frequent grammatical errors that occasionally impede clarity. Common issues include subject-verb agreement ('Other argues'), incorrect verb forms ('many students also doing'), and missing articles or prepositions. Punctuation is also inconsistent, particularly with comma usage. While the meaning is generally understandable, the high frequency of errors in basic sentence construction prevents a higher score. Focus on proofreading for subject-verb agreement and ensuring that your verb tenses are consistent throughout the essay.
